I spent a very productive few hours with Eleonora. We purchased much needed clothing items from local designers. We shopped everything from socks to jackets. shoes and most things in between. Before we had the tour, Eleanora was in contact with me and I shared with her my wardrobe which was helpful for her in making sure we found the right shops. We had such a wonderful morning browsing the streets of Piazza Nervona with Eleonora. We were 5 ladies celebrating our 50th birthday in Rome for the weekend. We were after a little journey that we wouldn’t have found ourselves. Eleonora was friendly, accommodating to our wishes and gave us a lovely authentic flavour of Rome and all the little shops it has to offer in her neighbourhood. We loved being guided through the streets with a little bit of knowledge here and there and introductions to shop owners along the way. We had a great time shopping with Eleonora...and a big part of the pleasure is seeing Rome through her eyes and understanding some of the history of the areas we were shopping in. As well as that, her knowledge saves an enormous amount of time as a tourist, wondering where to expend energy when you have a short window of time. Eleonor was punctual, making sure we talked about what kind of shops would be of interest. Due to the rainy weather, we decided to travel by car to several kinds of shopping experiences. We loved our day with Eleonora! My daughter and I spent a week together in Rome after she finished a study abroad program. Our time with Eleonora was on our last day. I almost cancelled because we had already done so much shopping. I am SO glad I didn't! Eleonora was fantastic! She created a tour just for us based on what we wanted to do, even making changes at the last minute because we (thought) we had bought enough clothes. She took us to areas of Rome we had not yet visited, stores we did not know about, and even set up appointments with local jewelry and fashion designers. She made sure prices were affordable while still helping us experience designers in Rome. Just a great experience. I am taking my husband back and will book her again. A must book tour for shoppers of all kinds. While Italy may mean only high street fashion and expensive luxury houses to some, it doesn't mean this to Eleonora. Sure, she can take you to those places and knows more about the fashion houses and the players that form that world than anyone (she's been a fashion journalist for decades), but Eleonora's passion is style. Style isn't a price tag. Style isn't a label or logo. Style is feeling confident. Eleonora will ask questions before the tour to get an idea of what the client is looking to accomplish. She only asked a few questions, but captured what type of stores to show me that would best achieve my goals. With a limited time to shop, she found the area where I could make the most of our time. I've been to Italy before. I've shopped in Italy before. I didn't tell Eleonora where I've been but she somehow, she picked the most funky of areas I wouldn't have been able to find on my own that best represented by style. While we walked, she highlighted notable stores and related it fashion and history. She had a set schedule of stores to visit, but made it clear it was MY tour and we could go anywhere I wanted. The value of shopping with Eleonora is almost too much for words. 1) She took me to stores that fit exactly what I wanted. I didn't do an ounce of research and now know stores that will be lifelong treasures to me (and a brand for whom I will continue to purchase and covet). She shared hidden gems that tourists can't find. 2) She speaks Italian and knows the culture. She advocated me for with sales staff to get me sizes not displayed, got me discounts (even if I only purchased one item for a store!), etc. 3) She's direct with personal styling feedback and good at styling. I asked for styling help, and she made suggestions for pieces that I would never have tried but will now be staples. When I was deciding on a purchase, she helped me to only get items that I loved. I asked to shop for simple pieces. I don't attend galas. I don't do dinner parties. I'm in bed by 10pm most nights. I work and I want to feel put together at work. Because of the tour with Eleonora, I went to stores tourists can't find, got help on only buying the items that would best achieve my lifestyle, and have outfits that make me feel better than most of the things I've bought in my life. I saved money and dressed by a seasoned stylist. What more could I want? I'm already plotting ways for my next visit to Rome so I can book a tour with Eleonora. I think she may have a website. We (my two teenage daughters and myself) had a wonderful time with Eleonora. Before the tour we spoke via Whatsapp and she was quick to respond to messages and questions. She asked for photographs (showing our style) to help her plan our time and which shops we could visit. I provided notes, that we did not want to buy big brand labels such as Gucci or Prada, and also that we did not want global brands such as Zara that we could equally buy at home, instead we wanted Italian and small brands that would offer something unique and different to what we could find back in London. Both my daughters ended up with 2 outfits each and some accessories of shoes and bags. We were particularly pleased with some vintage finds. Eleonora was well prepared, as she had asked for photos and ideas well before our trip. She is forthright but not pushy - she is honest about what works for you and what perhaps doesn’t work so well. This independent advice is invaluable and she will also advocate for you with the shop staff. I spent much less than I normally would, and was much happier with my purchases as a result, because she knew when to splurge and when to save. She was particularly helpful with my partner, who at nearly 2 metres tall, finds it really difficult to find clothes. She took us to a specialist shop and he found exactly what he was looking for, even though we had looked for days beforehand in both Milan and Rome. Would definitely recommend shopping with Eleonora, and I will search her out again next time I am in Rome. Fantastic shopping experience!

My husband, a friend and I had a wonderful tour shopping with Eleanora. Even my husband enjoyed the day, chatting with Eleanora and purchasing some terrific new Italian shoes. She quickly sized up our interests, budget and style and led us to numerous boutique shops which were a perfect match. There was no pressure to buy (she does not receive any commissions from the shops), and in fact she would tell you NOT to purchase an item that did not flatter you. My 17 year old daughter and I had a fabulous time shopping with Eleonora! I only wish we could have started our Italian adventure with her tour instead of at the end; she was full of so many great recommendations for other shopping experiences and we didn’t have the time to explore them all. Eleonora took us to a range of shops in our neighborhood of Campo di Fiori. She carefully curated a mix of boutiques and shops - some more for my daughter, some me, and some both! We visited very cool Italian stores that we would not have found on our own. No big brands on this tour! Our favourites were two fabulous vintage stores with a great mix of labels and different periods. I bought a gorgeous 90s era Balenciaga tuxedo suit, never worn. The pants needed a little tailoring, so Eleonora arranged for her talented tailor friend who is an artisan in her own right (and retired) to help me at the last minute (7pm) as we were leaving town in less than two days. And at the second vintage store which was equally fabulous, my daughter found a beautiful black Balenciaga 90s era cocktail dress. My daughter wore the dress on our last night, and I wore a fun yellow sundress that I picked up at another store for our last tour. We also had a couple other pieces we found and shoes! It was just a pleasure to walk around with Eleonora through the various streets, as she knew everybody and it made us really feel like we are part of a neighbourhood and welcomed. After a solid week of a jam-packed touring, I wanted to schedule an activity that would give us a break from museums and tourist sites. We had a wonderful time! My 13 year old daughter and I booked a trip with Eleonora primarily to shop for her. She is at the age when she wants to wear sweatpants and oversized hoodies, and I was a little nervous about what Rome would offer for her. Eleonora knew exactly what would appeal to her, and after popping into a few vintage shops to get a "feel", we walked to an area where we found an Italian store of my daughter's dreams. We left with 2 full shopping bags and a very happy teenager. On our walk, Eleonora pointed out the best shops for me, my husband as well as food shops, restaurants, and even home furnishing stores. She told us which shops to avoid as well which was fantastic. My best friend and I went shopping with Eleonora while in Rome. Eleonora is very professional and efficient. She brought us to some great shops. Was able to communicate with shop owners about our needs. She had no trouble speaking directly with shop owner. Even telling us at one point “ Shop is just trying to sell , that doesn’t fit you.” She would not allow them to divert from the shopping goals and completely took control so we could get our needs met. She was able to identify what would not fit me correctly (said the arm opening would be too small!) just by looking at it on the hanger. An amazing professional. She was very direct and honest with her opinions on style, fit, and what works. She was gracious and polite when I purchased something she said was overpriced. When I checked online later ,of course ,she was right. She does her homework on what you want so take the time to be specific about what you’re looking for. Worth the price! We had fun and was able to get some new and vintage things.Great fun with a shrewd professional!

I highly recommend booking a shopping experience with Eleonora! She is incredibly knowledgeable on all topics fashion, and she was well prepared for our shopping trip. Eleonora had asked me to send a few pictures along with my sizes and wishes beforehand, and she went scouting before our meeting and sent me pictures of various items she had found for me. She worked very efficiently and knew exactly what we were looking for in all of the shops. Eleonora was spot on with all the items she picked out for me, and she was honest and helpful. Eleonora is AMAZING! What started out as a shopping adventure ended up being the best shopping experience + tour of the city + insider gossip + coolest person we experienced in our whole time in Rome. Eleonora took us to the most amazing, small out-of-the-way boutiques, knew every detail about each shop, really listened to what my wife and I were interested in and surprised us with unexpected buys, information about each boutique shop or jewelry store, the people who owned them, their connection to designers, painters, etc. She knew where to go to find the up-and-coming designers, and found the absolute coolest jewelry shop with earrings made by one of the Fendi daughters, Dali-style. She found beautiful blouses, funky shoes, amazing jewelry, cool shirts, hats. Along the way she showed us the best frame-maker in Rome, Rome's great violin maker - and everyone had a story that Eleonora made part of our tour. This wasn't just our favorite tour in Rome. It was one of the best tours we've ever done. Also, important to note, Eleonora does not take commissions from the merchants she takes you to. She is a total pro, and my wife and I recommend this tour, and Eleonora, at the very top of our list. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OF THE BEST!

I was dubious about using a personal shopper for a 14 year old but it turned out to be such a special day. We’d already spent hours in and out of the shops but with Eleonora’s help found totally new ones we’d never even noticed and tried on things that we would otherwise have never found. Eleonora has an encyclopaedic knowledge of Rome it’s shops and designers and is rightly and fiercely proud of them. She’s lead by you and your own sense of style but gently guides you into directions you might not have otherwise gone. Whether you go or not is up to you! It was an absolute joy and the 14 year old Tilly loved it. Eleonora’s value to an older shopper with a bigger budget is obvious but it’s also a fun and different thing to do with a younger shopper. There’s no pressure to buy anything at all (she works for you not the shops) and tailors choice of shop to your budget. We came out with 4 or 5 pieces that Tilly loved but would never have found otherwise. I can’t recommend highly enough. Grazie Mille Stephen & Tilly xWhat a special day!

Eleanora was fantastic. She was well prepared, having spent some time researching what was in shops right now in my area and was able to show me her ideas so we could navigate stores efficiently. She obviously is well connected and has good relationships with many store owners and stylists. Eleanora helped me choose confidently, and gave me her honest opinion on what worked well, what didn't, and when prices were unreasonable.
