1. Meeting point

   You will be picked up anywhere in Prague. Your local host will contact you regarding the exact pickup point.

   This is what our experience could look like, but it’s not set in stone! Once you book, you can chat directly with your host to make small tweaks to suit your preferences.

4. Stop 1

   First, we will drive you to the charming residential area in Prague, where the historical vineyard is located.

5. Activity 1

   Together we will walk through the vineyard; enjoy the view and a welcome drink to start our wine-exploring journey. The perfect hideaway from the crowded touristic areas.

6. Stop 2

   After this sparkling start you will be driven to Prague most well-known wine territory – Troja, located in the city and just 10 mn-drive from the city center.

7. Activity 2

   On the hill overlooking the Troja valley and offering a unique view over Prague you will take a walk through the vineyards and get you an introduction to the wine world in Czech Republic. You will be able to see all different grape varieties that are planted in the country.

8. Activity 3

   The walk will lead us to the wine cellar, not open to the public, where we’ll explain you the whole process of wine making.

9. Activity 4

   After all that you will have a rest in a local wine house where you will sit down and enjoy wine tasting of local wines which belong to the best wines from Czech wine subregion. This will be accompanied with local cheese for wine pairing. Of course, this wine tasting will be commented by your guide, so you will have a better understanding and overview about wine making in Bohemia.

We had a wonderful experience on this unique wine tour with Andrea. She took us to a vineyard in a magical park. The walk through the park while drinking wine was amazing. We LOVED our experience with Andrea! Even though it poured for a while during our tour, we thoroughly enjoyed walking through a beautiful park, drinking champagne and strolling through it's vineyard. But we absolutely adored the visit to a private winery attached to the botanical garden, complete with tasting. We cannot recommend Wine Travel in Czech more highly. My friend and I went on this tour and it was easily one of the best things we did in Prague. Isabelle was waiting for us outside our accommodation and from the very start she was such a source of light, knowledge, and passionate joy. She was a great guide whose enthusiasm and knowledge was enchanting and encouraging. Learning about the Czech history and tradition of wine, walking around beautiful gardens and vineyards, and endings with a wonderful tasting session was definitely a major highlight of our adventure. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a day well spent and out of the tourist trap of the center of town. Well worth it! Great adventure

Who would have thought that you could have an amazing wine experience in Prague? Well, I’m glad we decided to give this tour a shot. Andrea is delightful! What an amazing way to start our trip! Andrea picked us up at our hotel and took us to the bohemian wine district. We had private tastings at three wineries all very different. She thought of everything even had some local snacks for us to enjoy during the day. Frequently she asked to take our pictures so we would have lasting memories. My friend & I LOVED this tour. Andrea was so kind and showed us some beautiful, less touristy parts of Prague. The park where the tour begins is breathtaking and the wine to complement this visit was excellent. We loved leaving the city center too and seeing a lovely Czech winery. The tour of the vineyards & learning more about the winemaking process was interesting. We loved the wine tasting there as well. (not a bad one!) Andrea knows a lot about Czech wines as well as wines in general. She really piqued our interest in learning (and tasting :)) more wines all over the world. It was fabulous to spend time with a Prague local and she gave us great recommendations to explore beyond our tour. We took them & loved those too. Isabelle nous a fait découvrir le magnifique potentiel des vignes de Moravie lors d'un week end entièrement organisé du début à la fin. Le rythme était parfait et équilibré entre des visite de caves, des temps de dégustation à l'hôtel mais aussi une superbe promenade en vélo dans les vignes ! Cela reste un excellent souvenir ! Isabelle made us discover a region we wouldn’t have discovered by myself, meet winegrowers we would have never met and visit villages we would have never crossed over. We visited very different wineries, modern and traditional. it was also a very good idea to vary the itinerary with visit of a castle and a bike tour in the vineyards.
