I flew into munich on my way to meet family in Austria but wanted to take advantage of the limited time I had to get to know the City. Philippe was an outstanding guide. I needed to change the tour time at the last minute and he was very flexible. I am sure I could have spent a day with him and gathered a lot more information but he understood my time constraints and we hit all the high value spots in town. Philipp was a great guide! I was jetlagged and not highly motivated, but he brought me to so many places tailoring off of my interest. It made the rest of my time there more enjoyable. Phillip was great! My wide and I had a few hours in Munich to try to understand the city and hired Phillip for a walking tour. It was great to visit the churches with him and learn the very peculiar things about each one with him. Also went to see the surfers and had barely enough time to visit the university and the White Roses memorial. It would have taken me a few days to see everything Phillip showed us in a few hours! Marianne was a fantastic tour guide! She took us on a tour of many beautiful cathedrals pointing out the transitions from Gothic to Baroque cathedrals.
