We had four guides on this trip and Roman was the best. BY FAR. So fun. So informative. We were mostly focused on "The Sound of Music" - which was great! - but Roman also managed to give us all the history on Salzburg as well. I wish we had booked him for the entire day.THE ABSOLUTE BEST

Our family really enjoyed our tour with Roman. Going at Christmas time we were definitely dealing with large crowds but he still managed to provide us with a unique experience. He also took us to some areas more off the beaten path. He had lots of interesting information about beautiful Salzburg and its history. It was a very fun night.Wonderful food tour

Roman was pleasant but unfortunately, he is very soft spoken and difficult to hear esp with surrounding traffic and noise around the city. He spent too much time on his phone checking it and what seemed like texting. It seemed as though he had someplace else he wanted to be. His information was interesting when you could hear it. The start to our tour was rough because we were assigned two male tour directors, first Didi, then Roman. Roman sent a message through Withlocals, but we were out and about and didn’t get it so we didn’t know that we had been passed on to a third to a third tour guide. So we got to the meet up site looking for a male guide and couldn’t find him in a cold, driving, rain. Finally, 20 minutes after our original meeting time we met with Inez And what a wonderful person and guide she is. She immediately assessed how cold we were and took us to a local coffee shop for hot chocolate and a nice chat. It was just what we needed! Inez’s Knowledge, passion, and love for Salzburg came through in beautiful ways. She showed us her beautiful city and taught us so much about its history. We feel that through the experience we made a new friend. The only thing that would’ve made it better was no rain! Inez is the best!

More about me

A cordial "servus" to everyone!

I would like to briefly introduce myself to you:

After living in major cities like Munich, New York, and London, I came home some 20 years ago: Mozart's Salzburg and also home to the movie "Sound of Music" - the lakes and mountains district. I've always worked in tourism hospitality. I went to tourism management school in Munich, srudied at NYU in New York and finally went to butler school in London. I am a passionate, fully licensed "Austria Guide" since 2006. And I am running a fully licensed Taxi and Transfer business since 2015.

Ever since I'm also enhancing my knowledge and widening my horizon with international tours. I've been to 89 countries. Since I'm also skiing and hiking and doing other crazy things I'm offering my expertise to international guests, visiting my beautiful country. Now, let's get going!
