From our first contact Peter has been a wonderful resource . Pre-travel he answered our questions including the best way to getting our hotel from the airport, to planning our tour with him. He accommodated my wife’s mobility issues (bad knees)by setting a balanced pace , taking escalators and elevators instead of stairs . And all this before we discuss the tour . We have travelled enough to acknowledge that having an experienced , articulate, and understandable guide is important . Peter was a fount of knowledge during our tour. His commentary of information about the places we visited was most enlightening. Peter is a very kind and attentive guide. During our to our we had a couple of difficulties including a heavy fall and a shoe whose upper became detached from the sole. Peter dealt with these problems with efficient and calm aplomb, for which we were particularly grateful. The National Orchid Gardens are worth a visit, but are probably best seen when the air is less stiflingly humid.Interesting tour

Peter was an excellent guide, he knows Singapore and clearly loves his country. We walked and took the fabulous local train system to get around…and get around we did, it was terrific. We unhappily ended our tour a little earlier as the heat was so intense so Peter arranged a taxi for us and bundled us back to the hotel. We opted to find ourselves a guide as we only had a short time in Singapore and wanted to learn as much as possible in the shortest time we could. We spent around 4 hours with Peter - he is so knowledgeable and we learned so much. We started with a quick review of the schedule and checked we were happy with that - it was of course spot on. We wasted no time and made our way around the city, Peter pointed out loads of things we just wouldn't have noticed. We cut through buildings where we'd get a quick story or background - also a quick blast of air conditioning which was welcome. We went out to a residential district where we went to a Hawker centre for lunch and then wandered around the area where we learned about the history. Took in China town and some key sights. We made our way back in to the main city learning about the historical water based trade and through various hotels, malls and on to the gardens by the bay. We just can't thank Peter enough for his time and knowledge and thoroughly recommend you hire him.Absolutely made our time in Singapore

Peter was a perfect host for my family. His choice of places to see was fantastic and his factual knowledge was superb so his stories kept us interested throughout the tour - so much so that the 4 hour tour seemed to pass by very quickly. It’s always nice to see a new city but Peter just made it so worthwhile. Not only was it a walking tour but we were also on the MRT and Buses which gives you a great feeling about how good the transport system is in Singapore. There was also a good mix of places to visit - the Merlion, Fullerton Hotel, traditional Hawker Market, Chinatown, Temples and so much more. Peter is very helpful, kind, considerate, efficient, passionate in what he does, knows Singapore in/out, and the best person to choose to tour Singapore. He was where he was supposed to be when he was supposed to be there and the first words out of his mouth were, “What do you want to do today?” Because Singapore was much hotter and more humid than we were accustomed to, we had to take it a bit slower but it never fazed Peter. He truly customized the tour to our needs because one of the stops on the tour we had explored the previous day. He simply made changes to accommodate that.
