Very detailed explanations of what we were observing and reconstructions of what it looked like. A few days before our tour, Cecilia messaged me to let me know that she had tested positive for COVID so she arranged for our family to have a different guide. Before this, however, Cecilia helped us to get reserved tickets for the day we wanted the tour. This was no simple task because they were sold out at one time and we weren't sure we'd be able to have the tour. Cecilia watched for when new tickets were released and quickly sent a message to jump online asap to purchase the tickets. We were sorry that Cecilia was not able to guide us, but we wre very grateful that she arranged a different guide for us rather than cancel. Our new guide was fantastic! Excellent experience!

Cecilia is a wonderful guide, very nice and helpful. We did a Colosseum tour with our two boys, ages 7 and 12. Cecilia engaged with them immediately and answered any questions they had (and they had many). She also kept it interesting for the adults. Rome with younger kids (6, 9, and 11) can be challenging. Us adults want to see the sites and museums while also trying to manage the expectations of our kids. A tour with Cecilia alleviated all our concerns about keeping our kids entertained as we spent 2.5 hours touring the Forum and the Colosseum. Not only incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Roman history, but Cecilia also focused the tour entirely for our kids, making it interesting for them through storytelling and interactive activities from start to end. We learned alot, they kept entertained and engaged = successful tour for this family :)A super family-oriented tour!

It was our first time in Rome and we were overwhelmed with everything there was to see. When we met up with Cecilia she was so sweet and full of knowledge. My wife and I were in Rome for a long weekend and were keen to get to understand the Colloseum and the Roman Forum. Cecelia was a fantastic guide who explained so much and answered all our questions very well. Her handy guides showing us what the ancient monuments looked like compared to what they look like now, helped to bring everything alive. We noticed the majority of people were walking about slightly aimlessly without a guide, whereas we were learning fascinating information everywhere we went. I expressed an interest in Palatine Hill and Celia took us in that direction to look at yet more incredible remains of his most fascinating city. At the end of the tour, she helpfully showed us how to book tickets online for the Vatican as she was booked up. She also gave us some fantastic tips for some first class coffee shops and ice cream, which were really appreciated! We highly recommend Cecila as a very friendly, knowledgeable guide to anyone visiting Rome!Super tour!

Cecilia really was an excellent host. We were a party of four, ranging from a teenager to an 80 year old and throughout the morning, Cecilia managed to keep everyone engaged and wanting to hear & learn more. Avoiding the queues at the Colosseum was a huge benefit and Cecilia was happy to answer any questions, even if it wasn't about Rome! We never felt rushed and the time flew by. Cecilia guided us through the history of the Colosseum, and a tour through the streets of Rome - from the Colosseum to the Spanish steps. Cecilia was really friendly and had loads of knowledge!
