   This is a traditional Mexican taco street vendor with a delightful Chilean twist.

6. Final stop Carnes de Monterrey

   Monterrey is a Mexican state known for some of the finest beef in the country. Carnes de Monterrey offer a mouthwatering array of options including Arachera, Sirloin, and Al Pastor, but my absolute favorite is their unbeatable Picaña.

In February 2023, I had the opportunity to take the "Explore Like a Local with Cancun Manny's Show and Tell Tour." Despite my brief stay in Cancun, the tour was a highlight of my trip. Manny was very knowledgeable about the history of cancun, a relatively new area of Mexico. We learnt how to catch public transport within the hotel zone and downtown Cancun. Good knowledge to have considering the cost of taxi's. We had a true experience walking through the local market and had tastes throughout. Our coffee stop in one of the oldest coffee shops was lovely and a very good coffee. Manny is a lovely person with a great back story and is so helpful. We only wish we had enough time to do his other trips. Would highly recommend 👌 Knowledgeable guide.
