Tom is a great host and very knowledgeable about a big variety of topics! I booked this breakfast tour because I wanted to experience a quote from my favourite British Autor in the most local way possible: “They don't go in for the fancy or exotic, but stick to conventional food like flightless bird embryos, minced organs in intestine skins, slices of hog flesh and burnt ground grass seeds dipped in animal fats; or, as it is known in their patois, egg, sausage, bacon and a fried slice of toast.” Tom turned it into an incredible journey with lots of stories, local facts, awesome food and amazing views! We really enjoyed our time with Tom. He was so friendly and engaging. He has an amazing wealth of knowledge about English history and especially the history of the area of the tour. I asked him about British royalty lineage and my husband wanted to know about water distribution/sewer systems and he knew about both! He made sure to know what our preferences were, as far as dietary restrictions ad walking preferences and general interests, and took us on a very nice walk to breakfast (delicious!) and through a very pleasant green belt path to a wonderful spot for a view of London. Be aware that this is not a downtown, tourist-heavy tour of London, but a little on the periphery, which was perfect for us, since we had seen the big-name sights already. If you want a local vibe (not touristy), this is perfectlovely walk and breakfast, nice chance to see outside of regular tourist area

My wife and I had a great time with Tom, we did a good bit of walking to our breakfast place. He took us to a small local restaurant and we had great breakfast food. Tom was very knowledgeable and provided us with a nice glimpse into local British culture. For the time Tom spent with us I feel this was a very good deal for the money spent. Wir haben eine dreistündige Stadtführung mit Tom gemacht. Tom ist sehr angenehm und freundlich. We spent a wonderful morning with Tom exploring the hidden gems of London. Unfortunately, he was at a disadvantage (our fault) because his tour was our 4th in four days.
