We ended up going on tour with Bruno! He what’s aped me a few days before our trip to introduce himself. Bruno also asked us if we wanted to change the date because of the weather conditions! That worked out great! Bruno was easy to understand and took us to interesting places to try the local fare and taught us about the city! We ended up walking about 3.5 miles while eating everything from focaccia to gelato! We truly enjoyed the afternoon with Bruno and would highly recommend the tour! Yummy tastes of Bari!

We booked a tour for a group of 9 with Adriano and had one of the best tour experiences I've ever had in all my travels. The walk and explanations were delightful and vivid, Adriano clearly has forged strong relationships with folks all over the city, and the food was absolutely unparalleled. There were several items that Adriano selected to sample that I never would have ever discovered or tried in my life if it weren't for his knowledge, recommendations, and love for the city and food of Bari. I don't think I'd ever have a comparable experience to the day we had with Adriano. Couldn't possibly recommend any more!

We had a lovely tour with Adriano around Bari. Before the tour we were able to give him preferences of what we liked and he included it in the stops we made. Next to amazing local food during five different stops, he told us a lot about the history of the city and life of the locals. In addition he gave us tips for the rest of our trip even for other cities around Bari. During the entire tour you could feel his passion for good food and for his home town Bari. Adriano was fantastic! Knowledgeable and informative about everything Bari, food and culture. He helped my mum find an Optometrist to fix her glasses (translating for us as well) which was very much appreciated.
The tour itself was perfect. We explored all over new and old towns of Bari and enjoyed so much food and wine. It was such a good lunch that we ended up walking back to our first stop to enjoy it again for dinner despite being incredibly full. Would recommend this tour with Adriano to anyone!Above and beyond

Vito met us by the Castle and proceeded to give us interesting history about the beautiful and multicultural city of Bari. I took this tour with my three children between ages 20 and 30. The food was incredible, and everywhere we went it was clear that Vito is liked. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and gives from his heart. Entering the beautiful churches was interesting as well, and a wonderful break from the generous portions of food and the hot sun. We can’t decide what was our favorite food! But it is a tie between the Polpizza and Assasina! Thank you so much Vito for a perfect first day in Bari, we loved our time with you and your recommendations.

Vito was an incredible tour guide and exceeded our expectations. We signed up for a food tour in Bari, Italy and he delivered on that and so much more. Vito taught us about the culture, history and traditions of Bari, all while we indulged on tasty treats along the way. My wife and another couple we met on our ship, toured with Adriano 10/21/24.
Adriano met us, at an easy place for us to find, in the city. From the time he introduced himself to the group, until he said goodbye, Adriano was passionate about his city.
We walked and it seemed like on every block he met someone he knew and gave them a very impassioned Ciao.
He spoke very clearly and ‘never missed a beat about every part of the city.
My group felt like a local for two straight hours. Adriano even made sure to call a taxi for us and when the taxi arrived, he doubled back name sure we were to be on our way back rob the ship with no stress.

Adriano was very punctual, personable and informative. He greeted us with a warm smile and welcome to the city of Bari. As we wandered through the French district to the seaside to the old city he presented a view of Bari present and past.

Adriano was an outstanding guide! We had a private bike tour of Bari and he tailored it perfectly. Preparing in advance stops involving our favourites like cheeses, cold meats, focaccia and the best octopus and gelatos we’ve ever tasted! As well as local delicacies we’d not heard of! The bikes he provided were first class and the passion he has for his home town is infectious. We saw hidden gems of Bari we would never have experienced on our own. It was magical! What a great guide! I was traveling solo for this adventure and he was instantly easy to talk to. He was very friendly and personable with the vendors and local people of the town of Bari. Adriano gave a very smooth and welcoming feeling, as if we were walking amongst friends and family, while explaining the intricacies of how the city came to be. He explained the culture and customs of the locals (I would definitely missed out on) without a true local explaining or pointing out some of the smaller details that would have gone unnoticed. From superstitions to architecture and the social inner workings of the town, I feel now that I am closer to truly understanding the beauty behind this amazing place! Thank you Adriano! My wife and I had a hidden gems of Bari tour with Adriano. Well worth it . Adriano is very knowledgeable and gave us great history and background of the region and sites . He takes it at your pace .
Adriano is a wonderful person and made it a very enjoyable tour . He even arranged for ride from airport when we flew in . He continued to provide advise and tips on rest of our tour around southern Italy and great resource for anything else we needed . He didn’t need to this extra but that is the type of person he is . Our introduction to Bari old town with Adriano was everything we could have asked for. He took us though the narrow streets, avoiding the crowds, to see and learn about the history, development and people of the city. This gave us a list of places to return to later to explore in depth
