We scheduled this tour as both A birthday celebration and a bonjour Paris celebration. Being amateur cooks we were curious to see Paris from the viewpoint of local. The tour was more than we could’ve asked for. The food experience was wonderful, but the best part of all was our tour guide Gelsomina. She is incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and was able to provide not only food related information, but history and culture. A wonderful experience. Think she should have her own TV program to promote Paris and Parisian food. Would highly recommend to anybody interested in food, history, culture, and general knowledge. Gelsomina was highly knowledgeable and professional. She shared information about Paris and Parisian food that helped deepen our understanding of the culture and experience. The places she chose were all within a nice walking distance with a variety and were things we wouldn’t have necessarily chosen on our own. We had the pleasure of spending time with Alexia during our stay in Paris, and she was truly fantastic. From the moment we met, she made everything feel easy and welcoming, especially as we were traveling with children. She helped us navigate local menus and order authentic French dishes we might have otherwise missed (escargot & desert & now the kiddos only order lemonade which is more like American sprite)! She was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, always making sure the kids felt included and engaged. I cannot say enough about our time spent walking the streets of Paris with G! She hosted our group of 7, including our four kids, with ease. She was so thoughtful in every place we stopped in for a bite and engaged us all in conversation about daily life, traditions and history. We snacked our way through an open air market, ate fruit on the street, and wandered in and out of chocolate shops and bakeries along the way. This tour left me wishing for more time in Paris... I cannot recommend it enough! The BEST day!

Jay was such a wonderful guide. He is incredibly engaging and knowledgeable about the local food but also about Parisien history. We learned so much. Maxime was a fabulous tour guide! He went out of his way for us, waiting for us when we were running late and even helping us catch the metro for our next event! But most of all, he really helped us to see Paris through the eyes of a local person - and he shared some AMAZING food and drinks! My 10 year old and I did a 3hr food tour with Gelsomina! It was the best, she tailored it to all the food options we wanted to experience plus more. We ate at some incredible places in the saint Germaine de pres where we were staying. Along with great foods selections we also got to learn so much about Paris and the Parisian way of life. Gelsomina is such a warm and beautiful person, Highly recommend. Amazing 3hrs

We had a great afternoon/early evening with Alpha tasting our way through parts of Paris. Along the way, we got a good history tour as well. Plus, we enjoyed learning about everyday life in Paris. We highly recommend! The one suggestion that I have is for one less dessert/sweet tasting and substitute another savory tasting. Had we known, we could have requested this. Fun and delicious tour!

Nice tour by a member of the French Blood Bowl champion team. Jay told us some interesting info about the differences between French and American societies. We walked through the daily market in Arr. 12 where we tasted a variety of cheese and meats. We walked to a wine shop where we had our choice of wine and then two different desserts. At the end of the tour we walked to the Place de la Bastille.Charcuterie, wine, dessert and history.

Ali was great and was flexible when we were a bit late with Uber troubles, and also with my 75 year old mother in law's limited mobility to set the pace for her to keep up (which is why we got a private and not group tour). My wife and I had nothing but a great experience with Jay. We were running late due to issues with our phone service, and he was willing to wait almost 10 minutes until we arrived at the meeting spot. He took us to some great food places, which I would describe as offering more authentic Parisian food selections. The food and wine we tried were mind-blowing. As long as you approach it with an open mind and are willing to try different food options, you will have a fantastic time. To end the tour, he took us to an amazing garden in the city that makes you feel like you’re outside of it.
