While the quality of food samples shared on the tour were good the venues left much to be desired. It was awkward trying to enjoy the different foods while standing on the street. Also would have enjoyed hearing more about the details of the preparation of the different kinds of foods.Too much on the street food

Giedre was a gem. She was full of information and provided us with good samples. The tour itself was not what we were expecting. We assumed we would be sampling food in restaurants. Our first sample was in a restaurant and we did sit down and eat some cheese in the park and that was fine. Standing on a crowded street trying to eat a sample was not the most pleasant experience. I was expecting more drinks with our samples and I thought wine was included, but apparently it was not.Not the experience we were looking for

Gelsomina has obviously studied the french history and the french culture. We had a member in our group who could not walk very far without stopping to catch her breath. Gelsomina took it into account and never tried to rush us. We also had a 10 year old child and she often kept him interested by asking him questions. In addition, her choice of stops for tasting french delicacies was excellent.A guide who is well prepared

My 21 year old son and I had the best morning with Anukool. He took us to the most fabulous places to taste French delicacies each one better than the last. He was really chatty and full of knowledge of the surrounding area which was super interesting. It rant was the most fabulous morning (and we even left with doggy bags of treats)! Highly recommend

Wonderful and unforgettable experience! Iza was lovely, and very interesting and informative about the area as well as the food. The tastings were inventive and well thought out. The Marché St Germain was incredible. I think the sweets and cheeses were our favorites but we all tried something new and had a really fun time. Iza took extra time to personalize the tour because we had one person with us who wasn’t as able to walk longer distances and we really appreciated it. An amazing evening to remember!

From the moment we met, Gelsomina was engaging and a wealth of information. My BFF and I (in our 70’s) were joined by my niece and her BEF (in their mid 20’s) for the 10 tastings of Paris tour. Gelsomina made it fun and appealed to all our interests, and the food - quiche, macaroons, crepes, escargot, etc was delicious! She easily accommodated my nieces gluten free requirements. My family of 5 recently had a food tasting tour of Saint-Germain with our tour guide, Alpha. There was a slight hiccup with the meeting time so our tour started an hour late, but once it began, Alpha was a very gracious guide. She took us to many local establishments in Saint-Germain to sample classic French foods such as macarons, escargots, chocolate, cheeses, pastries and wine. We did not need to eat dinner after the tour, that's for sure. In fact, we went to places that I had on my Paris wish list (such as Le Bon Marche) so I was able to check a few off my list early. Paolo was easy going and very informative. Our tour was about getting a small taste of Paris. We were so impressed that Paolo not only took us to the expected places to taste macaroons, chocolates, wine and charcuterie but also to some other less known delights of Paris such as species, olive oils, jams and my favourite meringues topped with chocolate. On top of this we received commentary of the architecture and history of Paris. Paolo was also great in helping plan our others activities to ensure we got the best out of our day. Anu was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable of the areas he took us to, considering he lived there, that was easy for him. Anu gave us a lot of history as well was we walked the streets with other locals in the heart of Paris. We stopped at many eateries of all kinds. From chocolate makers to charcuteries, everything was a new flavor for us to enjoy. The stroll through gorgeous parks and buildings was a real treat too. Anukool was an awesome guide as he brought us around the neighborhood of St. Germain on a rainy afternoon. He introduced us to many sweets/pastries as well as savory crepes. We also sampled cheeses and meats along with wine. Throughout the tour he showed us St. Sulpice church and the Luxembourg Gardens as well, giving us history and commentary along the way. I would suggest in the future that the restaurants are screen more throughly. My sister, myself and our two 16 year olds had a wonderful, relaxed, friendly morning with Gelsomina. We chatted, tried a wide variety of food and walked around the St Germain area.
