Miguel gave us the best food tour. He loves his city and he took us to so many amazing places to try authentic food from Portugal. We went to local spots and ate some amazing food from cheeses, meats, figs, chocolates, meat pies, and more. We ended with a drink at a very cool bar that overlooks the bridge. Miguel was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely passionate about his beautiful city. The tour went by so quickly and we did not want it to end. Thanks Miguel! Maria did an excellent job guiding us around her neighborhood in Porto. She hit all the things that Porto is known for, pastries, pork sandwiches, cured meats, sardines, etc. and she obviously had relationships with many of the proprietors. We had a wonderful afternoon with Ana tasting the foods and wine of Porto. We loved that the tour featured local shops and food and none of the tourist hot spots that you can find on your own. She had great knowledge of the city and history of Porto which is a must for any tour for me.
