My partner and I had a 24 hour layover in Singapore and wanted to make the most of it with a food tour. Stefan was a great guide, showing us around three neighborhoods in the city and tailoring our tour to what we were interested in and had time for. We especially enjoyed seeing multiple hawker markets while learning some history and architecture along the way. We chose the 5 hour walking/10 tastings Tour as we are foodies and had limited time in Singapore. Arthur took us off the tourist trail and immersed us with his knowledge of Singapore history, particularly relating to food and food culture. William explained to us the history and culture of the country and no question was off limits. My wife and I recently did the Singapore food tour with Marcus. He was great and knowledgeable. We met him in an Arab market, and later in the day two or through Little India and Chinatown. The food was all good. The choices in food were barely basic dishes but all very tasty. Marcus gave us really great history of all of the areas that we tour through. And also took us on the subway system and taught us how to get from place to place in Singapore. He also want the extra mile, because when I booked the tour I sent him a message that I wanted to try durian and would love to go to places that serve beer. When we met Marcus he handed me a bag with four beers and a sealed package of durian in it. When we went to Little India and Chinatown he got us glasses of ice to poor our beers into. If you book this tour I would recommend doing it at the beginning of your trip because the knowledge you will learn will help you make decisions of where to go on the remaining days of your trip. City tour wirh food mixed in.

We went on the "10 Tastings of Singapore" food tour with Arthur in February 2025. From the moment we booked it, we were impressed with Arthur. Within minutes we received messages from him with details about the tour and explaining that to get the best out of the experience, it might take longer than the stated 3 hours. We also received information about places to go, ways to get around Singapore and other really useful information. The tour included Arab Street, Little India and Chinatown and not only included lots of very lovely food, but also lessons on using the buses and the MRT and loads and loads of history. Arthur picked us up from our hotel lobby and left us at the end of the tour about 5 hours later, tired, much more knowledgable about this wonderful city, and very full! To be thoroughly recommendedAn amazing experience in Singapore

The food was out of this world and was enhanced by his walking narrative as we experienced Singapore for the first time. Grayson was a very engaging host with a quiet sense of humour. He took us to 3 different hawkers markets each with a different type of Singapore eats - Malay, Indian and Chinese. Our family tasted food we would not have otherwise tried. served as the Singaporeans would. Our favourites were the Teh Tanik and the Kueh Dadar. He also gave us quite a bit of history and took us to an apartment complex to explain the housing in Singapore. The whole tour was highly entertaining and we would recommend both the tour and Grayson.Loved this tour

Marcus introduced himself at our meeting spot on Arab street and immediately dove into the history and culture of the area explaining how the city was founded. Our first taste was in a middle eastern restaurant, Nur Fayhidya, the first of many delicious stops. Marcus was quite attentive to our needs as one of our daughters had a little gastric distress from our previous travels. From there he took us into the subway and showed us how to easily navigate the expansive system. We explored Little India and then China town. In each of these areas he took us to food halls we would never had ventured into if it weren’t for our guide. He showed us the food stall quality rating system and how to choose vendors. We highly recommend Marcus! History, culture, food tour!

If you’re thinking of doing a food tour it is a must. My husband and I have been to Singapore multiple times and this time brought our 11 year old boys. We all loved the tour. This tour with William is quite unique though (as we have done many before) as we tried 3 different cuisines - Chinese, Indian and Malay. It wasn’t rushed and it felt like an adventure with lots of different tastings. He was also so great with the kids and made them feel comfortable too. Marcus went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing food tour on Christmas Day. He provided us with bottled water and when my purse wasn’t big enough he bought me a bag to carry them in with his own money. He answered questions we had about the history of Singapore before we could even ask them. The food was all delicious and nothing we would have tried on our own. Marcus also brought wipes to clean the tables and out hands as well as napkins. He provided us with subway cards and made sure to show us on the map what stop to take back to our hotel. We’ve taken food tours in India and Vietnam and this was one of best we have taken. I would highly recommend taking the tour with Marcus. Perfect Day

We had the distinct pleasure of spending time with and experiencing a taste of Singaporean Street Food under the guidance of William. We did not just learn about Singaporean Street Food but also about the origin and history of street food and the cultural history of Singapore. Our host, William, was knowledgeable of all things Singapore - history, food and culture as when as a few tips on getting around. We thoroughly our time with him. Starting in Chinatown, then Little Indian and finally in the Malay quarter. The range of foods that he chose for us to taste was varied and delicious and filling (we chose the 10 dish option). HJ is a great guide on food, culture and history! We landed at 5am that morning and joined him at 10am which helped us with jet lag by walking, learning and eating.
