It was our first full day in Bangkok and we wanted to dive right into it! We figured that it would be pretty easy to do the major tourist attractions on our own so we were excited to have Artty as our personal guide for a deeper view of the city. When he realized we hadn’t been to Bangkok before, he slowed down at the beginning of the tour to make sure he showed us areas of interest before the tour “officially” even started! Biking through Bangkok - the city streets and the narrow alleyways - was kind of like a game of mental fortitude and I side swiped a number of walls and a few people but it was all good fun. And the people I basically ran into were extremely generous with this clutzy American. Highlights were seeing and praying to our birthday Buddha, the extraordinary craftsmanship that goes into every element of the temples, an espresso tonic at a family run coffee roastery, and getting to learn more about Artty over lunch. Highly, highly recommend this tour and Artty as your guide. Money very well spent and we won’t soon forget this day. A perfect introduction to Bamgkok!

Artty went above and beyond to make sure our family’s first tour in Thailand was an amazing one. Artty’s knowledge of the city and history of the temples was appreciated but his kindness to my family and ability to be flexible was awesome. If you would like to a different type of tour this was great. The bike element I was concerned about but it was super safe and saw things you definitely wouldn’t have seen without a bike. Arty was fun and knowledgeable without being boring. We fed turtles with papaya went through all the districts and saw temples. We would highly recommend. Fantastic tour with Arty

Artty was the most fantastic tour guide we’ve ever had. We took the bike tour of Bangkok with 2 teenagers and he made it so much fun and interesting the same time. We wove through back streets and discovered places that we never would have found on our own including food stalls, street art and of course temples!! My kids thought he was entertaining and the amount of energy he had and effort he put into the tour was astounding. Artty definitely made us fall in love with Bangkok!! We only had a few days in Bangkok and reached out to Artty at short notice and with some special requests (as we had done a night bike tour in the past). Artty was extremely fast and came up with a great 4h itinerary and loads of great stories so that it was a true please four our family (including our 18 year old daughter) to run this tour with him. What a great day! Informative and in a good mood, Attry guided us through the areas, temples and highlights unknown to most tourists. All by bicycle. This was challenging at first in Bangkok's traffic, but Attry guided us safely and confidently. For lunch we went to a street food market by a railway track - it was so delicious. We had a Greet time with Artty. He takes all the time you need and is a great storyteller. We visites Bangkok for the 7 time but Artty showed us many new things. I have contacted Artty via the website and was impressed by his swift response. It was on very short notice but he very quickly sent me personalised offer and I was able to book the bicycle & boat experience. I really enjoyed the bike trip through Bangkok, it was just perfect. Artty was a great communicator and we met up easily. He had the bicycles ready and even added a basket for me. It was an ambitious 20K bike ride for us, through very narrow alleys and busy streets, but exciting and interesting. Artty was a great guide for a quick visit during my layover in Bangkok. He is a very good story teller and very knowledgeable. He showed me two of the important temples, walked around "chinatown", and also brought to a market to try some Thai food. It was a great afternoon exploring Bangkok instead of staying at the airport. Artty also arranged for a shuttle driver to pick us up and then drive me back to the airport well in time for my flight. Definitely recommend Artty for a layover tour. Artty was absolutely superb. His energy in keeping everything fun and interesting for my son (8yrs old) while weaving an amazing story throughout the day out was truly memorable. Artty was outstanding with the kids. In the heat and humidity of Bangkok he adjusted on the go to keep them engaged and having fun. They loved both the turtle and crocodile temples, as well as spotting monitor lizards on the canals. A fabulous tour and would highly recommend Artty. Great with the kids!

What can I say, Artty is one of the best guides I have ever had. He is a wonderful story teller - he held mine and my 15 year old daughter’s attention for the whole tour, and made it sound like it was the first time he was telling the stories. We really did feel like we saw the place as a local - while we walked to each of the temples we passed shops selling everything from birds nests to gold, Artty talked about it all enthusiastically and made it all so interesting. He has great taste buds - he picked out some good places to try snacks en route, and we had an excellent lunch in a local spot. He even took us through an incredible market so we could pick up some souvenirs. At the end of the trip he made sure we got on the right boat back to our hotel - he was so kind. Cannot recommend Artty more highly, we will definitely be seeing him when we go back to Bangkok.Wonderful storyteller

We loved our 5 hour Bangkok bike tour with Artty! Three of us had a day in Bangkok and wanted to focus on getting to know the city. Artty was easy to communicate with (before and during the tour) and took extra measures to describe the culture of Thailand, different religions, and different neighborhoods. He was fun to spend the day with. Artty set things up for us to meet at a bike rental shop. We set out from there and spent the next 5 hours riding through back streets, next to and over canals and the river, and getting personalized education at many temples, as well as some other interesting hidden spots. He took us to a train market for excellent local food and then had arranged for us to put our bikes on a private longboat for a long river boat ride back closer to where we started. He was thoughtful about taking photos for us the entire way and made sure we got back in time to Sathorn Pier to catch a hotel boat. We felt lucky to have made a connection with Artty and will definitely count this as one of the best ways to get to know a city in a short time. So glad we booked this activity!

Our family of 5 had the best time with Artty! In a few hours, that flew by, we saw so much of Bangkok and he managed to keep my kids attention for every second of it. Artty was super in tune with what we all were interested in and I feel like he adjusted the tour to fit our family perfectly. We had so much fun discovering hidden alleys, hearing stories in each temple, and racing through the city on tuk tuks. A perfectly timed rest to feed the turtles was also one of the highlights of the day. We have traveled a lot with our kids, now teens, and this may have been our favorite tour yet.
