This was a family vacation. Philippe is very knowledgeable, informative and passionate about Catalunya. We received a great overview of the area and also learned about Three Kings day. He was at Green Bike well before the tour began and gave us his full attention. We appreciate Philippe coming out during the Spanish holiday! The bike tour allowed us to see a lot of Barcelona. We always felt safe under his direction and the city is set up for bicycling.Would do it again.

My husband & I really enjoyed our bike tour with Agni! She proactively reached out to shift our tour to the next day because there was rain in the forecast. She adjusted our tour route based on what we had already seen in Barcelona. We covered a lot of ground in 3 hours and saw lots of sites and learned a lot from Agni’s stories and anecdotes. Cannot say enough about how wonderful our bike ride was with Octavio. He was easy to talk to, answered all questions thoroughly, and safely guided my family of four through the beautiful city of Barcelona…all while keeping a great sense of humor. The weather unfortunately did not cooperate but that did not dampen anyone’s spirits, including Octavio’s. He was full steam ahead with us. I cannot recommend Octavio and this tour enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Tomas. He took us from the old town to the harbor and then Barceloneta with informative stops along the way. Tomas is attentive to the comfort of his riders checking in regularly to be sure we didn't need a break. The only critique would be we spent a lot of time at the harbor. Since this was a highlights tour, we would've enjoyed going by a few of the other highlights of Barcelona. That being said, we are very happy that we planned this activity and had Tomas as our guyVery knowledgeable and helpful

Jordi was a terrific knowledgeable guide. He was full of details. His background as an architect was very valuable in understanding the urban planning of Barcelona and the works of Gaudi. We had a fantastic time on our bike tour with our guide Lounis. He spent time talking to us about what we wanted to see, where we had been already, etc. to customize a tour that covered everything we wanted to see. We started in the Gothic quarter in the morning (and I highly reccomend if you are touring these areas, you go early because by the time we returned, the crowded narrow streets were much harder to navigate) and went out to the beach area, which we had not seen. Lounis is very passionate about this city and knows so much about it's history and architecture - I'm a researcher type and had already explored the city for a few days, but learned new and fascinating anecdotes along the way. The bikes were easy to ride and he paces it for you so no worries if you aren't a big rider to begin with. He also stopped at a local bakery (I had the best churro Ive ever tasted) and made reccomendations for a rooftop bar and flamenco show that we're spot on for us. The day before we had done a group tour on a minivan to Girona and the coast and it was nice, but nothing beats the experience of having your own personal guide. I will be using this service again on my next trip abroad and I am definitely reaching out to Lounis the next time we come back to Barcelona - if you aren't sure if it's worth a little extra money, trust me when I say go for it! If you are lucky enough to get a pro like Lounis you will find it so much more enriching of an experience ! Best way to see Barcelona, amazing guide!

The tour was uninspired. It started bad in the first place: we choose Jordi as a guide a couple of months ago. Then it was transferred to Allan. Then Allan wasn’t able to do the tour and transferred it to Tomas, a couple pf weeks ago. Although Tomas is a nice guy, he didn’t made the time to ask some questions about what our interests are. He kept on going and going, without listening to his audience, about cheap restaurants and bars and clubs. We visited Barcelona already 10 times, so we were looking for some new things. uninspired

With so much to see in a short period of time, my husband, and I like to take a bike tour of a major city’s highlights so that we can see the most important monuments and points of interest on day, one. On a bike it is so much easier than walking, as you can cover so much ground. Marcel did a fantastic job and showing us the highlights of Barcelona, which is such an amazingly beautiful city, as well as give us some insights as to foodie places that we could go and enjoy a tapas and a local drink. He actually brought along an iPad, that gave us 3-D modeling and comparative pictures of past and present, so that we really got a sense of how the city has developed overtime. We booked a last minute family barcelona bike tour with Lounis, which he customized to the needs of our family, which has a big age range. He arranged the rental of bikes at an easy to find location, and off we went! We saw all the main sights of Barcelona, stopped at a market for tasting food, cruised the beach, took pictures at La sagrada familia and even saw some Gaudi. The hours flew by as we cruised around and learned the history of Barcelona. Lounis is easy going and confident, he knows Barcelona and we loved touring the city with him. We stopped at local market where he treated us to some local bites . Our only regret is that we didn’t do this on day 1 of our trip . Last weekend me and my friends spent a few days in Barcelona. We booked a bike tour with Marcello and this was a perfect way to explore the beautiful city! Barcelona is a big city and to start the city trip it can be quite overwhelming, but with this tour we knew within 2.5 hours where all the nice neighberhoods were. Marcel is a great guide, he shares all different kind of interesting facts and makes it interactive with the group. He also gave us usefull tips about restaurants, musea and bars. Elvira is the best guide EVER!! We started our 5-6 hour e-bike tour in l’Eixample where we were staying at H10 Casa Mimosa. Elvira met us there, and we picked up our bikes nearby. We saw many beautiful Gaudi buildings in addition to many other beautiful architectural masterpieces and landmarks, rode all around l’Eixample and throughout the Gothic Quarter where Elvira took us through a labyrinth of streets and landmarks, so cool! We had lunch at a great food market, and ended our tour at La Sagrada Familia where we returned the bikes and where we had previously booked tickets. DO NOT MISS SF, IT IS SPECTACULAR!! Anyway, Elvira is just the best, so kind, so knowledgeable, and I can’t imagine anybody who we would rather spend a day with, she’s amazing! My husband and I only had two days in Barcelona and our bike trip with Marcel was a fantastic way to for us to see the city. We only had 48 hours in Barcelona after flying in from the States, and Alan gave us such a wonderful overview of the city and it’s fascinating history. We met the morning after we landed for a bike tour and toured through the Gothic Quarter, El Born and then riding along the beach. He was very friendly and we loved his enthusiasm about the city and sites. Barcelona is a very bike friendly city with bike paths throughout, making this a wonderful way to see the city. Alan was very knowledgeable about its history and it made the tour that much more special as he would stop along the way to point out important pieces of history along the way. We learned so much! Definite top highlight of our weekend and now we can’t wait to come back and see more of the city. Wonderful Barcelona!
