Romy was a great guide! She did the best tour she could in the short time we had left. We booked this tour over others due to it's location close to Notre Dame - because we were so short on time. She sent us a different address that we didn't see until we had wasted a lot of time hunting for her at the address advertised as 5 - 10 minute walk from Notre Dame. The new address is 19 minute walk. So we only got a 1 hour 45 min tour. Like I said, she did a great job in the time remaining, but it was a lot to pay for that short of time. They need to advertise the address correctly - not pull a bait and switch, for which she insisted was for our benefit...Romy great, but tour not as advertised.

We booked a last-minute cycling tour—just about an hour and a half before the start—and couldn’t have been more excited. We asked to skip the usual tourist spots and see some of the more local, off-the-beaten-path areas. Zyggy totally got it and quickly customized the route for us. We rode along the Seine, past the Louvre, through the Marais, Île Saint-Louis, past Notre-Dame, and into the beautiful streets of Saint-Germain. Midway through, we took a quick break at a cozy little café for a much-needed coffee. The ride was a blast—we’re both super comfortable on e-bikes, and it was such a fun way to explore the city. Zyggy also gave us some great local restaurant tips and even made a reservation for us that night. It really felt like we got the true Paris local experience. We begonnen helaas een kwartier te laat, gids was nog onderweg met de metro. Daarna de tocht begonnen, en naar onze smaak en mening wel erg veel geschiedenis, ik overdrijf niet als er wel 50 jaartallen/eeuwen voorbij zijn gekomen. De stops bij diverse bezienswaardigheden waren ook relatief lang waardoor je minder fietst en dus ook minder ziet. De local drink die ons was toegezegd hebben we heelaas ook moeten missen. Hierdoor vinden we de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding helaas niet wat deze moet zijn voor dit bedrag.Leuk, maar relatief weinig gefietst.

Had a wonderful time with Aukool on Velib bikes in Paris. An interesting half day tour went by quickly as we got on and off the city bikes and learned about Paris history and food culture from a knowledgeable, fun and engaging guide. The pace was good and we felt safe as we cycled the bike paths. Highly recommended. Will take a foodie tour with Anukool when we return! Great time biking in Paris

My adult daughter and I spent five enjoyable, informative and entertaining hours with Welly, who is enthusiastic, energetic and extremely welcoming. Wow ! We had an amazing time with Ali today ! We were on a 12 hour layover and we hit the ground running. Ali is beyond amazing with detail - guiding us on what train to catch into the city, where to grab a fabulous French breakfast, and where to meet him to start our sightseeing ! We travelled the city by foot and train! Although this was our third trip to Paris, he showed us sights we have never seen before. When it was time to head back to the airport, he took us to the train station and gave us instructions on getting back. He is so personable, and our day seemed to fly by. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience. While the tour guide was friendly and we were able to see parts of the city, the interaction often felt awkward as the guide never made eye contact with us. This lack of engagement made it difficult to start a conversation, and large portions of the tour were spent in silence. In addition, the advertised theme of the tour was unfortunately not delivered. We had booked the Hausmann Tour, which promised “stories of transformation, architecture, and design,” but what we received was essentially a standard Paris city tour, including explanations of basic concepts such as a zebra crossing. Overall, the tour did not meet the expectations set by its description, and the guide’s skills appeared to be, at best, average.Paris Tour

Our first trip to Paris was unforgettable, thanks to Alexia! She gave us the perfect mix of history, culture, food, and fun. From Notre Dame and the Marais to Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. Along the way, she introduced us to amazing local treats like Maison Georges Larnicol, Ladurée, and Les Merveilleux de Fred. We also stopped for shopping along the way and having Alexia with us for language assistance made it much easier. What really stood out was Alexia’s knowledge and passion. Every stop had a story, and she made the city come alive with details we never would have found on our own. She balanced sightseeing with hidden gems and gave us time to soak in each moment, whether it was strolling through a garden, enjoying lunch in Montmartre, or taking in the rooftop view at Galeries Lafayette. She knew which shops to go into and which to avoid. This was helpful in the pastry shops! She also helped us navigate the city and the different arrondissements. We never had to look at our phones for directions! Even more, she felt more like a friend than just a guide- warm, thoughtful, and fun to spend time with. For a first-time visit, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Alexia!1st time in Paris! Great experience!

We did a walking tour of The Marais with Welly and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I have been to Paris about 9 times between us so on this trip we wanted to try something different so decided to go with a private tour to get learn about the history of the area and also see things we just wouldn’t see on our own and that is exactly what we got. Welly tailored to tour to what we wanted to see. He was an absolute wealth of knowledge about Paris and the Marais area. We learnt history from the inception of Paris right through to WWII and the more recent history of the Marais region particularly. We loved our relaxing morning stroll with Alexia. She made us feel very comfortable and was super friendly. it was easy to find the meeting spot. We visited a shop to get ice cream and macrons, enjoyed viewing gardens and notable houses as well as St. Peter church and Village de St.Paul. She catered the tour to our requests and ended by taking us to Notre Dame area and gave us directions of how to best get to our next activity. Welly was so wonderful at communicating with us before our tour to ensure we had exactly the day we wanted. Our tour went at the pace we needed (slower after many days of walking) and focused on sights and history according to our interests. As an added bonus, Welly took many wonderful photos of us along the tour. He even gave us a quick lesson on using the Metro that saved our feet in future days.
