We can't say enough good about the amazing tour of Valencia with Marcos. He was the perfect host! We rode through the old town, stopping at sights along the way when Marcos would explain the history, culture, and meaning of each place. He used his ipad to show us photos of old Valencia and how it's grown to the city of today. We also biked through the center of the city and along the park bike path to the Opera House, Science Museum, and the CaixaForum. We felt like we saw so much of the city and really got an excellent overview of its history and geography. Marco answered all our many, many questions and sent us information about things to see and restaurants to visit - it was above and beyond. Plus Maroc's love of Valencia was enchanting and contagious and we now love Valencia, too. Thank you so much for such a fantastic tour!The Perfect Day in Valencia with Marcos!

Marcos is indeed a friendly teacher. My daughter and I took his bike tour our first full afternoon in Valencia when we were jet-lagged and foggy-headed, but he made us forget all that with his engaging presentation. He is very knowledgable about the city and its history and has lots of interesting supplemental photos to share on his tablet. He has a very pleasant manner and is a lot of fun to be with. He clearly wants you to experience the tour that is right for you and your interests. Our tour had to be cut a little short because of a thunderstorm, and Marcos did everything he could to try to reschedule us sometime in his very busy week. Unfortunately, this didn't work out, but was more than made up for by his list of excellent restaurants, which saved us so much time and searching and really added to our trip. We highly recommend you take any tour with Marcos, you will enjoy it immensely.Great bike tour with Marcos

We chose the wettest day in April but Marcia still managed to give us a fabulous experience. At one point it was so torrential that we had to ditch the bikes and duck into a coffee shop for a warm up! Marcos was super friendly and really informative and interesting about the history of Valencia and we can only give him 10 stars!! Mike was brilliant and we learned a massive amount about the whole history of the very beautiful city. We were also lucky enough to be there the day before their national day so there were all sorts of performers around. Our trip took us from the old part of the city to the green lung running for 5 km through and the magnificent Ciutat de las Artes. The best cycle trip and the best local host! Thanks so much Mike. We had a wonderful morning with Mike seeing the sights of Valencia and learning about its history. Mike has a gentle presence, a true love for this beautiful city and a depth of knowledge that made the experience with him so lovely. Seeing Valencia by bike is idea as it allowed us to see both the old city and the beautiful park with its sci-fi architecture. Mike suggested going earlier than we had booked which was ideal as even though the old city stays cool thanks to the moorish architecture it was a very hot July day and we avoided cycling when the sun was at its hottest. We took a tour with Marcos and loved every minute. From the moment we met up with him until even after the tour, he was just so friendly and giving of his time. His tour with us was totally personalised to our needs (we had three children with us) so that they could fully engage with the history and significance of particular sights that we experienced. Even the types of sights and the route was personalised to ensure the safety of our children. Marcos even asked us what we had already seen (as we had taken A food tour earlier in the week) so that he didn’t double up and we could get the most from our tour with him. We saw all the major sights which took the pressure off us to find our way to them in our own time. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone and express the importance of learning about the history and significance of Valencia with a certified guide, like Marcos, to truely appreciate the City’s beauty and significance. Something which is impossible to achieve by Just renting a bike and riding around the town. Gracias Marcos Amazing Tour!

We had the best day on bikes with Marcus. He was fantastic. He had so much knowledge that he wanted to share with us about his beautiful hometown. He really did go above and beyond and a two and a half hour tour turned into three and a half hours! We had so many questions (sorry!) but he answered them all and was happy to chat to us. He also recommended several great eateries which we tried and were amazing. Our abilities on the bikes were all different but the pace was just right for us all. We saw so much from the old part of Valencia, the busy street of the center, the amazing merakat market, we rode along the riverbed park and finished at the mind blowing structures of the City of Arts and Sciences. Marcos was vriendelijk en op tijd aanwezig. Om de hoek konden we de fietsen ophalen. Marcos nam alle tijd voor ons en heeft veel historische kennis, hij laat met zijn tablet van alles zien om zijn verhaal te ondersteunen. De tour duurde uiteindelijk 3 uur, waar we door het oude centrum, naar mercat colon gingen en door het park naar the city of arts. Bij terugkomst kregen we nog een hoop tips voor de lunch en later via Whatsapp nog een lijst met leuke bezienswaardigheden. Al met al een goede start van de vakantie!Leuke en leerzame tour!

We really enjoyed this tour. We heard a lot of information on buildings/the city and -like other reviews- we liked the historical pictures Marcos showed us. This tour was a perfect introduction of Valencia for us. We were also proved is with lots of suggestions, as well for sight seeing as for eating/drinking...
