We took a 3-hour walking tour with Claudia as our guide. Claudia was friendly, engaging and shared her wealth of information about Budapest’s culture and history. We covered a lot of ground from the Heroes’ Square through the parks and Jewish quarter, past the opera house, important and beautiful buildings, then across to the castle and fisherman’s bastion. Claudia was very generous with her time and made sure we covered everything we needed and wanted to see. At the end of our tour she showed us to a local traditional restaurant Buda &Pest which topped off the day.Excellent wlaking tour of Budapest

We have never picked a ‘With locals’ tour before, but if everyone is as good as Claudia then you plainly can’t go wrong. Everything that might potentially put one off a guided tour she got right. She adapted her plans to the weather conditions (which were glorious), answered comprehensively all of our varied questions on art, architecture & history and noted what we were interested and enthused by and chose sights to reflect that whilst at the same time ensuring that we saw a few essentials. She was great company and lots of fun and plainly has an exhaustive knowledge of, and love for the city. Who could ask for more?Perfect

I reserved the tour with Claudia without knowing anything other than what was written in the app. We met Claudia at the entrance of our hotel, and from the first moment we could see her vibrant personality. We were not dissapointed. She turned up to extremely knowledgeable about the Hungarian history, and Budapest in particular. For two hours we discovered aspects of the city that I do not think are shown during a standard city tour. We would certainly recommend a tour with Claudia in Budapest. I deeply appreciated our conversations about the city of Budapest based on the detailed information Claudia provided. It created additional value to my 4-day stay and gave me a different (deeper) insight in my surroundings, wandering through the city, talking to people and visiting places. It was warm (Italian style) welcome at the start of my visit. When visiting Budapest again, I will use the same approach. Claudia was lovely and I wished we could have finished our tour. She customized a tour for us per my request. Toward the end of the tour, just as we were headed into the Jewish Quarter, one of us were pickpocketed. Not blaming Claudia at all but just a warning for all to always be aware... it’s easy to focus on the tour and not be vigilant of crowded streets.Lovely but cut short because of pickpocketed

Claudia is fantastic and full of energy!! I booked a tour for me and my two friends just to walk around the city with some good local advices and it was definitely something I will recommend to all my friends. She knows an impressive amount of informations regarding the city, from construction to population. But I would say the highlight was that we didn't feel like in a normal tour with a guide but more with a friend. She was extremely friendly and didn't rush us at all! We really enjoyed our tour with Claudia. It was great to see some of the city with a local and to be able to listen to some of the history of the city, which is very difficult on larger tours. Claudia had good knowledge of all the places she took us too and we covered a lot of ground on our 3 hour tour. We saw a lot of Budapest which helped us to decide where we would revisit after our tour. Claudia gave us great advice in getting a public transport pass which we used for the 3 days that we were there and was great value for money, thanks so much for that Claudia. Tough day to tour as Budapest was soggy all day but Claudia did her best to adapt and keep us moving and relatively dry! Claudia a very knowledgable lady, took us to the districts we wanted to visit, we were in the heart of Pest, by the Jewish Quarter, but we still wanted a local guide to show us around some of the key areas of Pest. Had a fabulous time and she allowed us to ask questions on many occasions, which is the sign of a great guide, we were not rushed at all.
