My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our three hours touring old town Munich with Paola.She was very knowledgeable of the city’s history and added lots of information about the architecture since my husband is an engineer.She made us feel very comfortable and answered any of our questions .The pace was perfect and we enjoyed the special pictures and surprises she brings out of her large bag!! We had a fantastic time with Norma. She was extremely educated, in history of the Prince’s ,Duke’s and Kings. This tour is absolutely incredible and learning about the different architectural styles. We absolutely loved all of the inside information that she gave us about Munich. There was so many things that we didn’t know about now I know how the history of the pretzel became so big in Munich. We saw cool markets and secret passage-ways. When we got back to meet the rest of our group, they were jealous because of all the information we got that they missed out. " Paola was so friendly and knowledgeable. She knew some lovely little restaurants to eat at, that we would never have found (or found a table in!) without her. The experience included lots of typical Bavarian dishes and beers, alongside lots of interesting information about the local area. " We had a great food and beer tasting tour with Paola! She took us to many local restaurants and beer houses where we sampled a ton of local Bavarian dishes. Everything was delicious and by the end of the night, we were stuffed! She told us a lot of the local history of Munich which was amazing to hear. Also, we were in town for the NFL Munich game and Paola didn't know what she got herself into when she took us to Hofbrauhaus (the Bucs local team rally spot). We were very disappointed with the experience. Anne lacked the most elementary background and knowledge. We decided to end the tour after 45 minutes as it seemed a waste of time. We have used WithLocal guides several times before and it was always great. Not so here. Disappointing experience
