I greatly enjoyed my time with Sudarat. We hit it off immediately because we both enjoy watching the same Korean dramas that stream on Netflix, so we were off to a good start. In terms of the service, Sudarat was on time, professional, and extremely accommodating. She went out of her way to explain in detail the various Thai street dishes sold in the market (something everyone should try). I walked away having been better off for the experience with her in Bangkok. I strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to see the backstreets of Bangkok and how Thais truly live. Well worth it. We absolutely loved our tour of hidden gems by Sudarat. She was just fantastic. Extremely accommodating and kind as we had one person with a bad knee. Suda was so welcoming. She was so pleasant to talk to and yet informative about Bangkok and its history. She took our group to the Golden Buddah, Chinatown, Flower Market and another local temple. Some of our highlights: 1) She brought us to the market to have lunch. It was the best tom yum I ever tasted in my life. 2) She helped me interpret conversations when looking for something specific and coordinating with the private driver that we hired for the day. 3) She hailed us a tuktuk to convoy since we didnt fit so our group didnt separate. Would recommend Suda! And would go find another private tour with WithLocals. Chill but authentic tour

We really enjoyed our day in Bangkok with Sudarat (Oi). She was kind, knowledgeable, and excited to show us pieces and parts of the city. We were very moved by the visit to The Golden Mount (Wat Saket), where we learned about the previous cholera outbreak, as well as modern life at the Wat. Our meeting with a monk was wonderful, with a list of interesting questions answered, all about life as a monk and how Wat life unfolds. After a month of traveling Thailand, it helped us to answer some questions about Buddhism. We then visited both the amulet market and the Buddha factory - local delights and very interesting. We ended our tour strolling through the flower market and the vegetable market. Sudarat went out of her way to help us see things from her perspective, and try a few tasty treats along the journey. She is kind and lovely to chat with. We highly recommend this tour if you are curious about Buddhism, or just want to take a slower pace through this busy city. A lovely day in Bangkok!

I can only express gratitude to our lovely guide Sudarat. We had a wonderful time with her in Bangkok. She tailored our tour based on our requests of visiting temples, meeting the monks and learning more about Buddhism in general. She was knowledgeable and prepared and also very fun to hang out with. We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our tour with Sudarat in Bangkok. She is a warm, friendly, and knowledgeable guide who made our day truly memorable. We started by visiting Wat Pho to see the breathtaking Reclining Buddha. Sudarat shared fascinating details about its history and significance, answering all our questions with enthusiasm and genuine passion for her culture. Afterward, we went to a floating market and then enjoyed an exhilarating long-tail boat ride, which gave us a unique perspective of Bangkok’s waterways. Finally we asked her to take us to the Sikh Gurdwara, which she found for us and was also genuinely interested to visit the Gurdwara with us. We had a beautiful day with Sudarat. Visiting the Temple and ruins in Attutaya provided a great view into life in Thailand, past and present. From feeding the fish and learning about the blend of religious observances in the temples to an utterly delicious lunch on the river, we could not have asked for a better day. She and our driver took care of everything so we could just take in all the sights and smells. Our children also really enjoyed the whole day, finding something at each sight to enjoy. We had a wonderful day with Sudarat visiting the Ayuthaya Historical Park. We chose a 7.30am start which worked so well! The car was very comfy, and Sudurat gave us heaps of information and answered hundreds of questions with a smile on her face all day. The tour is well balanced, plenty to do but not rushed. We had lunch at a lovely reasonably priced seafood restaurant by the river. I really enjoyed the boat ride on the river, as well as learning a lot more about Thai culture, history and Buddhism. It was really lovely to see lots of Thai locals out and about in the holiday season - dressing up in their traditional cosutumes for photos, and causing traffic jams waiting for special roti! Sudarat made my wife’s and I 24 hours in Bangkok exactly what we wanted to be!! Flew in from the states and had a day in Bangkok before heading to the islands and we told Sudarat we wanted to see as much of the city to get a feel for it as we could and try some good food. My partner and I had such a wonderful time with Oi! I really wanted to try as much Thai street food as possible but I am allergic to soy and I also have celiac's disease. I messaged Oi and asked if she could cater to this and she responded quickly letting me know this would be no problem and even provided a message in Thai explaining my situation that I can use in the future. The tour itself was great! We tried a number of different classic Thai dishes and toured around where there were all sorts of vendors. If you're feeling more adventurous there were also lots of vendors selling more exotic things. Along the way Oi told us all sorts of little pieces of trivia and we had a great time. Highly recommended all round! Awesome tour! (Gluten free!)

The tour was very nice and Sudarat was very kind. She ordered food based on our preferences (for me sweet, not spicy and for my aunt spicy and not sweet). The food was nice and the tuktuk ride was also very fun. We learned something about the food here. Sudarat helped us with some questions we had about the city and ordered a taxi for us to get back. Our group of five went on a tour with Sudarat and it was our highlight of Bangkok. She took us to an amazing temple, arranged it so we got to spend time with a Monk asking questions, and then took us around different markets. We asked her countless questions about the area that we were in, the different things we are seeing, and just about Thai life in general. She was very informative and kind the whole time. Our group didn’t eat breakfast that morning, and she took us to a great place to get lunch and it honestly felt like hanging out with a new friend. We booked a privat tour for nearly 200 Euros as we wanted to experiance the real life in Bangkok. We were taken to a pagoda where tey kept krokodiles, saw a flower and vegtable market (which was interesting) took a 40 min boattrip through channels where the guide could not give us infos as the boat engine was so loud. The final meal is not worth to be mentioned.Strongly overpricef

We had a wonderful 3 hours with Sudarat on the hidden gems tour. We had 3 children aged 12,10 and 9 with us and it was super hot. Sudarat was calm, kind and considerate in the heat and made the whole experience very easy and fun. The kids LOVED feeding the turtles and the experience at the second temple they were so engaged. Tour was at a relaxed pace with stops for a cold drink and later ice cream/coffee. Sudarat answered all questions we had about Buddhism and the life of a monk. If you’re visiting Bangkok (or, for that matter, Thailand) and don’t know much about Buddhism, I highly recommend this tour and Sudarat. Buddhism is such an integral part of the life and culture of the Thai people, and you’ll have a much greater appreciation after this tour. Sudarat clearly explained the religion and its history, and expanded on our questions, answering questions we hadn't thought to ask, and adding in personal experiences. As a long term resident of Bangkok she also gave us much information about the city and country, their history and life here. We also enjoyed her easy-going manner and nice sense of humor.Highly Recommended!
