Adnan is a class act! Picked us up at the hotel and took us to Batu Caves. Pleasant conversation during the ride and walk. Lots of great insights into the history of the area afterwards, he recommended the hot springs and water falls. This was a much more local experience and the family really enjoyed it. At the end, he dropped us off at our destination of choice (which was good because a huge thunderstorm hit shortly after). Vehicle was clean, comfortable, and made the experience better! A must hire for your trip to KL!Awesome time with a great host!

My wife and I spent a half day with Hoopy, traveling to Batu Caves and, an add on, Federal Territory Mosque. Hoopy was knowledgeable and fun to be with. Our visit to Batu Caves was the main purpose of the tour, but when we ended up seeing the Caves sooner than expected, Hoopy added a visit to Federal Territory Mosque. It was a welcome addition to our visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Hoopy picked us up at our hotel in downtown KL. Her car is nice and clean, she brought water for all of us. During the trip to the caves, she gave us many information about Malaysia, the different groups, the food and some history. The trip took quite some time due to the rush hour. We were early which was good as it was not yet crowded and Hoopy guided us through the site and let us know some basics about Hindu religion. Although the statue, stairs and carves are impressive, the dirtiness of the site was a little bit disappointing. After the caves, Hoopy took us to the waterfalls and we enjoyed coconut and swimming in the pools. She took care of us at all times and did not look after each minute of the tour. Hoopy dropped us in Chinatown and gave us some good tips for the rest of our stay. We would recommend Hoopy as very friendly guide, just do not expect each of your questions to be answered. We would probably not go to Batu caves again but as said it was impressive.Nice guide, Batu caves maybe overrated

Hoopy took my two friends from China and me on a customized tour of Kuala Lumpur, hitting several memorable destinations. She explained in detail Malaysia's culture and society to my friends, who spoke Chinese. She went out of her way to accommodate our wishes, such as taking us to a durian restaurant where they kept cutting open the fruit in front of us until a satisfactory one was found. There was no charge for the discarded fruits. We would not hesitate to recommend her for a fun time.Enjoyable tour with Hoopy.

Paul was a fantastic guide. Thanks to him, we got to see so many things all in one day. It was the best day of our trip to KL. He never made us feel rushed at all but kept us on track so we could make it to see everything we wanted to see. His knowledge about the area and the history was awesome. We (my teenage daughter and I) had booked the Batu caves trip with Hoopy very early and she got in touch right away. Before the trip she also sent a list on what to wear and bring which was really helpful. Siddoz is a larger than life character but is also very laid back and happy do anything to make your tour how you want it to be. He picked us up from our hotel and immediately started sharing his lifetime of experiences in this wonderful city and his memories of attending university in Newcastle. The caves were fantastic but be warned the steps are challenging. When we finished, Siddoz treated us to a ice cold coconut and drinking the very refreshing coconut water helped us forget the steps. We didn’t fancy the waterfall so Siddoz was happy to do an extended tour of the city visiting sites old and new and also little India which was brilliant. I would definitely recommend the tour and using Siddoz as your guide he was brilliant. Thanks Siddoz and good luck with all you do.Visit to Batu Caves and city tour

What a great day with Pak Champ heading out to the Batu Caves, the hot springs and an extra surprise, the textile factory. Champ was on time for collection, to the minute, and we had a fantastic experience. Pak certainly knows his stuff. He makes it fun and interesting and his car was immaculately clean. We had about 6 hours in Kuala Lumpur in between flights and wanted to see some sights. We had booked a tour to Batu Caves with Paul. He was very responsive from the get go and communicated promptly. He met us at the airport and dropped us back there which was super helpful. Please note extra charges apply which was fine considering the distance and Paul was flexible in taking cash on the day vs advance payment. Paul expertly fitted in lots of great places in addition to Batu Caves. He is very knowledgeable, has great communication skills and is genuinely a fantastic person. We loved our tour with Paul and have no hesitation in recommending him. The tour has 3 stops, the Baku caves that are amazing, a natural thermal water pools, nice for a relaxing moment, and the fabulous waterfalls as an outstanding ending (bring a bathing suit+towels and you won't regret it). Our experience of the tour was amazing and Joel was awesome. The communication before the tour was super smooth, and during the tour he was helpful and really focused on the details so we could have a wonderful experience, He was fabulous and a real food expert.Amazing tour and Joel was fabulous

We had a tour of the Batu Caves and the Elephant Sanctuary, while in Kuala Lumpur with Hoopy and she was wonderful. We didnt have a chance to have breakfast before we met her and she managed to change the itinerary for us to get some food and coffee. Joel was our guide and he was fabulous, easy to chat to and knowledgeable . The caves were amazing as were the waterfalls, we felt unrushed and completely relaxed with a lovely dip in the waterfalls to cool down. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to Batu Caves, hot springs, and waterfall with Hoopy. Hoopy was quick to communicate and help us choose the best start time for our tour to avoid the crowds and heat, she was also very accomodating to our dietary requirements and went out of her way to find vegan-friendly nasi lemak. 2 of us had visited Batu Caves before, but found the experience far more enjoyable with Hoopy to point out the best photo spots and explain Hindu folklore and worship traditions. 1 member of our group had lower fitness levels than the others and Hoopy naturally jumped back and forth to take the fitter of us further, then stay back to keep the other company. Her professionalism couldn't help but shine through. We will definitely be back to book more tours with Hoopy.Delightful tour with a fun guide.

Hoopy picked us up just before 9am to take us to Batu Caves, waterfalls and hot springs on a 4 hour tour. The 272 steps to get to the caves was worth the effort, Hoopy let us set the pace, slow, and showed us around the various altars and shrines/statues. After going back down the stairs she gave us some nasi lemak and a coconut to drink and the flesh to eat. There was also another cave which had the story of Rama and his exile, I won't spoil the story. The hot springs were very basic and popular with the older locals but not like the resorts in Europe and other parts of the world. We saw 4 levels of the waterfalls, I think there were 7 in total. There are plenty of spots for a picnic here and a few groups of people were enjoying cooling off in the pools. While one group of boys were swimming they lost part of their lunch to the monkeys. Hoopy was a good guide, she is a keen walker and an international group tour guide who has travelled a lot. We enjoyed her stories and our time together. Instead of going back to our hotel we asked if she could drop us off so we could get some lunch, she took us to Lot 10, a great place for local food at a good price.Batu Caves, waterfalls and hot springs with Hoopy
