I organised this tour for 2 for my partner's birthday. I chose Vesna based on previous reviews. Vesna not only gave a superb tour, but was able to answer our many questions about what we were seeing and history of recent happenings in history. I asked Vesna to direct us to a bakery but she surpassed this by taking us to an excellent restaurant for bubbles and choice and cake. The ferries were not running due to bad weather so Vesna organised a wonderful chauffeur driven car instead. Hvala Vesna! Knowledgeable and adaptable guide

Our family (with 3 kids between 12-7years old) really enjoyed this experience. Elina was the perfect guide, kept entertained the kids with interesting facts/activities while also explaining the adults the beauties of dubrovnik old City. A great option if you wish to learn about the City while on a family trip. The experience ended with ice-cream which the little ones loved and she even gave them a kids book of activities of Croatia. We learned a lot about her beautiful city during our time together and she was very kind about sharing insider tips to make the rest of our trip equally wonderful. Romana painted a picture of what life is like as a local during the tour by sharing information about her family’s history in Dubrovnik in the context of the history of the city itself. We especially appreciated her tips on buying the Dubrovnik pass, how to get to Mount Srd and how to use public transportation to get back and forth from Lapad. She also offered for us to contact her following the tour if we needed any other information during our time in Dubrovnik, which was so generous, and above and beyond what most guides provide. Our adult family of four toured Dubrovnik on a busy weekend day, and Romana made our tour feel very private and special. Her pride in Dubrovnik and her passion for its history is evident, and we loved seeing the back alleys and hidden gems like the local spices and foods in the home of a Dubrovnik shopkeeper. Visiting the Memorial Room of the Fallen Dubrovnik Soldiers was very moving, and brought home the hardships this beautiful city has faded over the many centuries. Romana was absolutely fluent in English and speaks faster than I can which meant you learned so much in the 2 hour tour. Everything from GOT facts and photoshoots, to the history of Dubrovnik, with some local folklore thrown in for good measure. Highly entertaining, educational and enjoyable. If you are looking for a wonderful, insightful and inspiring few hours in Dubrovnik- you must spend it with Karmen! Her knowledge and delivery are like a field trip for adults who love stories. She IS the hidden gem in this old town and everyone needs to know it! We had one of the best days and Karmen’s recommendations post tour were spot on. To the delight of my husband and friends, we ate the best panini in the world and tried some local Croatian beer. And the gelato- yummy! Thanks Karmen!!! 💗 An absolute magnificent experience!

Karmen had so much patience with our 4.5 year old. Within 5 minutes they were strolling hand in hand chatting about Dubrovnik. My daughters attention span was not the best, but Karmen kept her engaged and knew when to move on. We had a private evening tour of Old Town Dubrovnik with Jelena and enjoyed it thoroughly. She is very knowledgeable about the centuries-long history of Dubrovnik and shared so much with us. Not just about Dubrovnik, but about the war in the 1990's, the communist period and its long history as a leader in world trade and culture. We learned about her own experience as a child growing up in Dubrovnik during the 1960's and were fascinated by her insights. Wow! She is such an amazing person and a really great tour guide. I would recommend her to any one traveling to Dubrovnik and especially recommend a personal tour. We asked lots of questions and she had the answers. She was very attentive to our own needs. Mia was brilliant and put us at ease with her knowledge and obvious passion for Dubrovnik. We spent the first 45 mins talking through the wonderful history of Dubrovnik and then we visited a couple of different venues to try a variety of locally produced wines. Must admit, I hadn’t realised that Croatia produced so many wines and the ones we tried were all amazing. We even tried an orange wine…we enjoyed talking to Mia about our backgrounds and the 3 hours went by in a flash, which is credit to Mia for making us feel comfortable. Mia also gave us a few tips about other parts of Dubrovnik to visit, which we certainly took advantage of during the rest of our stay. Karmen was a truly fabulous guide for our family of 4, my husband and me, and a daughter aged 19 and son age 15. As we know, with the ubiquity of smartphones in teenager's lives, their attention span is short. Karmen managed to keep their interest the whole time. She is a native to Dubrovnik and knows both the historical and the more recent history of the area equally well. She even threw in some fun Game of Thrones sites, complete with stills from the show to compare with the actual area in real life. She made things relevant but kept it fun. Loved seeing the hidden gems too! Please keep in mind that it is HOT in the summer, so book tours early or much later in the day. Karmen was a GREAT guide!Perfect intro to a beautiful city!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience We absolutely loved our Drinks & Bites in Dubrovnik tour with Karmen! From start to finish, she made the experience feel personal, relaxed, and truly unforgettable. We booked this for our first night in Dubrovnik to help familiarize ourselves with Old Town more quickly. Ramona was punctual and knowledgeable. Restricting my review to just Dubrovnik is too limiting -- we just toured the Old Town and City Walls of Dubrovnik and it was magical! Karmen does an amazing job of showing the entire city, highlighting the deep and fascinating history and even weaving in the obligatory Game of Thrones stops in a great 2 hour tour. She's smart, engaging and helpful and the best guide I've had in any of my world travels! I would rate 100 out of 10 if I was allowed!BEST GUIDE IN THE WORLD!!!!
