Fabrine was a wonderful guide and was able to take us to a number of great places that I had not been to before. She has good relationships with all the vendors we visited and her knowledge of food and Danish history really made the tour very enjoyable. Because our tour was in the afternoon she stopped by the bakery before our tour to make sure we got all the key pastries before they were sold out. I would suggest being hungry before starting the tour, my husband and I couldn’t eat everything and luckily were able to take the things we couldn’t eat back home with us to have for later. We had a great experience with Fabrine. She showed up on time, was very friendly and really knew a lot of the history of Copenhagen. We enjoyed the day with her and she took us to many neat locations in Copenhagen. We even ended up have more tastings than promised which was a nice bonus and she definitely catered the tour around our interests. My husband also has a bad leg so she was very conscious of the walking speed and gave us plenty of breaks for him. I would definitely book with Fabrine if you are going to be in Copenhagen. My husband and I had arranged to meet Fabrine at the beginning of our first trip to Copenhagen, it was the best decision. Spent 3 hours with this wonderful lady! Fabrine was a fountain of knowledge about historical data as well, of course, food. She took the time to explain what and why we were tasting what we were tasting. Good variety of samples. She took the time to make sure our experience would be to our liking. Our group of family from the US enjoys eating as a way to experience the varied cultures of countries we travel to. In this case, the four of us met in Copenhagen and set up this tour with Fabrine. Prior to our meeting, we were able to communicate easily to discuss any dietary needs. The meeting place was easy to locate and our tour started on time. Fabrine quickly was able to establish a connection with us and communicate the food and drink that make not only Copenhagen, but Denmark special. We soon were asking questions and getting the details we seek when engaging on these type of tours. We certainly enjoyed our time together and now have the memories that will be reflected not only in photos we have of Denmark, but the smells and tastes that accompany the food we ate together. Fabrine gave me an opportunity to try a nice variety of authentic Danish foods which were found in areas not frequented by tourists. We started with the best local hotdog. Other foods included herring, fish cakes, special meatball, pastries and chocolate. If you like food, this is the tour for you.Good Food Experience

Tour was so much fun! We walked around central Copenhagen and tried 6 local dishes. These were not "tastings"but full sized servings. Fabrine, the host, is so friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the foods you get to try.Come hungry!
