Good evening Ines, just back from a delightful Portugese tapas style meal near our Hotel. Thank you for the wonderful adventure we enjoyed so much through Lisbon. So many places we would never venture to visit on our own!! It was a shame about the tram, but that’s life, so be it, and isn’t the end of the world and an opportunity to improvise!! My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful day trip to Sintra with Luis! Although we endured some rain during the first half of the day, Luis made the best of it and enabled us to enjoy all of Sintra and the surrounding area. Luis' deep knowledge of Portuguese history is amazing, which brought the diverse background of Sintra to life for us. I cannot recommend Luis more for a visit to Sintra or anywhere else in the Lisbon area!Fantastic day in Sintra!

We had an amazing Food tour in Lisbon where we tasted very very authentic local foods that we would never have been able to find or have ever tried on our own. We do not eat gluten or dairy and Andre was able to take us out for some amazing food that did not involve either of those. I cannot highly recommend this enough.Beyond excellent

We loved our trip to Evora with Luis. First, Evora is a beautiful walled city with great character. The roman ruin, churches and cathedral were a great draw, but it was walking the streets and seeing the shops we loved the most. It was also wonderful to be outside of Lisbon for a day and see the countryside. Second, Luis was a terrific guide for us. From the car ride first thing in the morning until the return trip in the afternoon he was filled with information. He weaved together questions we had from other tours with new information about our visit to Evora and really helped us form a more complete picture of Evora, Lisbon and Portugal (people, places, culture and history). He is a wealth of knowledge that flows in conversations and stories and kept us engaged all day. Great day! We lucky to have Tiago as our guide. He contacted us and spoke with us prior to meeting and ensured we were getting the most from our experience. He added a visit to the westernmost part of Europe - Cabo da Roca and showed us Cascais. And still had us back in Lisbon by 3p He was an excellent guide with his knowledge. He absolutely nailed our visit to the castle in Sintra- even in the pouring rain, highlighted the love story, architecture and history. Def recommend him for this trip. Sintra and Cacais in style!

Rita was fabulous, knowledgeable, personable + engaging. We really appreciated her introduction to traditional Portuguese food + drink, including a quick shot of Ginjinha between stops. We loved the casualness of the places we visited from the best custard tart maker and charcuterie shop to the traditional restaurants while we enjoyed salt cod, sardines, cheeze, jambon, chicken croquettes + chorizo sausage along with local wine samplings. Aside from the food, Rita also provided us with interesting commentary on the city and took us to areas that we might not have discovered on our own. Andre has a fantastic tour guide. Andre messaged in advance to find out dietary requirements and accommodated two non-fish eaters (no easy feat in Lisbon). We visited some hidden gems and tried an excellent selection of food and drink. In addition to the food/drink choices, Andre was extremely knowledgeable, personable and really interesting. Ines was an incredibly informative guide. She pointed out things about Lisbon that we would never have known. I'm glad we passed on the big tour and picked this small group tour. You can instantly tell that she enjoys doing this and this isn't just another job. Everyone in my group enjoyed the little drink right after the tour started. The most interesting part for me was knowing that the road we were on was an old cemetery. I cannot think of anything that this tour could improve on. Thanks Ines! We loved this tour. Peter is so knowledgeable about the history of the city and took us to lots of wee tucked away streets and places of historical importance. We learned so much in 3 hours. Cannot recommend highly enough. When we come back we would definitely try one of his other tours.
