We got lucky finding Nesreen for our trip to the pyramids in Cairo! She made our day so much better than we expected. After reading horror stories online about pushy guides and tourist traps in Egypt, I was pretty worried. But Nesreen was nothing like that. She kept things fun and interesting for all of us - even managed to keep our teenage boys engaged! She never rushed us or pushed us into any shops, which was a huge relief. Her English is great, and she knows her stuff about Egyptian history. What really stood out was how incredibly trustworthy she is - we felt completely at ease with her the entire time. Nesreen is a total professional tour guide! We mixed up and went to the wrong meeting place for the start of the tour but she collected us and got the tour back on track! We are a family of four with two kids and travelled to Cairo in September to specifically celebrate our son’s tenth birthday. Our son has been fascinated with the pyramids and King TuT since he was 5. We wanted a guide who was like a friend and could also help us plan our stay in Cairo . Nesreen became not only our guide but a dear friend . She made sure we did everything on our Cairo wishlist including eating some delicious Koshery. Definitely someone who is skeptical of going with a guide, but Nasreen (Nana) was super excited, knowledgeable, and accommodating for our unique pyramids itinerary. We started in the morning and traveled to Giza, had a lovely breakfast at Khufu’s, and checked out the Sphinx. You should go inside the pyramids, but be warned it’s physically demanding and not visually spectacular inside- the most in tact Egyptian burial art is in the valley of the kings in Luxor. Overall, definitely worth going with Nana for her encyclopedic explanations of ancient Egyptian history, and larger context for the country’s current culture/identity. Abdou was absolutely amazing during our time in Luxor. We visited the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, and the Open-Air Museum—all stunning places made even better by Abdou’s incredible knowledge of Egyptian history. can't recommend Abdullah enough! Our day exploring Luxor. He was very professional and hired a driver for the day. Started off at the airport to pick me up and offered coffee right away. The car was very nice and clean and driver was very good about driving slow and safe. He knew everything about the places we visited, from the Valley of the Kings (which was very busy when we left so im glad we got there early) to the Temple of Hatshepsut. Next was Medinet Habu. Then I requested a quick bite to eat that was local, we stopped for great fresh made egyptian style falafels. Just watching them being made was a highlight for me. And of course, Karnak and Luxor Temple were amazing, and Abdullah really brought them to life with his explanations. I really liked how he gave me whatever time I wanted to explore on my own. It was also helpful that he gave me tips on how to navigate the local merchants. Always support local!Full day in Luxor

Excellent tour, Nesreen has excellent English and is detailed in her knowledge of Cairo its history, religions, politics, traditions and practices. We really enjoyed our half-day guided tour with Moustafa! We were a group of 5 adults and one 3-year-old child, and he catered extremely well to all of our needs and interests: he explained the history and mythology of the site, led us to less busy places and into a small tomb we would have never found ourselves, was always upbeat, personable and considerate and made sure that the child in our group had a great time too. TLDR: Tour with Ramses, it'll be the best decision you make. We had an absolutely amazing time with Ramses. From the beginning, everything was so easy. We were in Cairo for a week (2 adults & a 7-year old) and wanted to take our time seeing the sites. We contacted Ramses with our time constraints and interests, and together we constructed the perfect itinerary. Over five days, we saw the Giza pyramids, Saqqara & Dashur, Alexandria, Islamic & Coptic Cairo, the National Museum of Civilisation, Grand Egyptian Museum, Egyptian Museum, Khan El-Khalili Market, Muhammed Ali's Palace, and the Citadel. With his local knowledge, we avoided the crowds and were able to enjoy learning about Egypt without feeling rushed or crushed. Ramses is inspiring, friendly, warm, and easy to be around. His depth of knowledge is astounding. It was great learning about Cairo and watching our daughter love learning about Ancient Egypt. She hadn't wanted to go on the trip and by the end of the first day, she was fascinated! Beyond the tour, Ramses is an invaluable part of any Cairo trip. One of our suitcases was delayed in arriving to Cairo. Ramses was beyond helpful, calling the airport on our behalf, sending follow-up messages and adjusting our itinerary so that we could collect the wayward bag. He convinced our daughter to try new foods and go inside of pyramids (she was initially a bit scared). He is pure magic. Ramses arranged all transport and it was smooth, comfortable, and easy. Iman, our driver, navigated the traffic with ease and made visiting multiple sites in one day seamless and stress-free.
