We had a great time with Stefan in the Singapore zoo. Stefan gave us good advice to enter the Zoo in the morning. The schedule and route were very well-organized (we entered the park early and got to see the most spectacular feeding scene in the morning, we also watched the 10:30AM performance). Stefan also provided us with audio guides and headphones, allowing us to listen to the commentary at any time. I can also feel Stefan’s great passion for animals, the good understanding of the animals in the zoo and the fun facts of the animal was really good. I highly recommend Stefan if it is your first time to visit Singapore.Great tour and highly recommend

Our first tour in Singapore was with Monica to Gardens by the Bay.Monica along with being super informative is also extremely helpful.It was our first day in Singapore and we were still figuring out our way through the metros.We ended up reaching the other exit of Gardens by the Bay.Monica was kind enough to not only guide our way but personally came to get us at the other exit. She made our tour a fun one taking such to less tourist spots of Gardens by the Bay and stopping wherever we wanted to for breaks.She also gave us a lot of information on other activities to do and about food culture of Singapore. You can do the Gardens by the bay by your own, but you will not get in touch with the spots like when you book a tour with kenny. Kenny is an amazong story teller and as a passionate flower lover he knows everthing about the plants of this green area. And he knows where you can taste the best Singapore Lhaksa. My wife and I had Joisse for our guide for the Peranakan tour as well as the Gardens by the Bay tour, which she was nice enough to combine into one extended tour for us. Our tour was an exceptional experience. Joisse is an outstanding guide who went above and beyond to make our tour memorable. From the moment we met Joisse, her warm and personable nature put us at ease. She was not only friendly but also highly attentive to our interests and preferences. Her knowledge of the Peranakan history and the Katong neighborhood really helped us better understand and appreciate the complicated (to an outsider anyway) history of Singapore. Joisse shared fascinating insights about the history, food (laksa, in particular) and culture of the Katong area as well as showing us hidden gems that we would have never discovered on our own. She answered all our questions with enthusiasm and made the tour not only educational but also engaging. The Gardens by the Bay tour was equally informative but since there was a heavy rain while we were there it did cut down on the opportunities to stroll around a bit. But while waiting for the rain to clear we learned even more about the history of Singapore. If you're looking for a guide who is engaging, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing a memorable experience, Joisse is the perfect choice. We would recommend her to anyone looking for an enjoyable way to learn more about Singapore.

Ang was very welcoming and an interesting character. He showed us mainly round the Heritage gardens, focusing on the history of Singapore, accompanied by mini presentations, and supporting handcrafted momentos. Meeting Kenny was interesting as the location was not what I expected, yet he saw us before we saw him so it worked perfectly. I didn't really know what to expect or hope for out of this tour and was very pleasantly surprised by how much my wife and I both were enjoying his knowledge of the gardens. Kenny reads people easily and is so accommodating to individual needs. My wife was growing weary as this was our second tour of the day. He caught on to what her bucket list hope was for this adventure and made a way for it to happen! What a delightful time! I just finished a weekend exploring Slngapore with Monica. Monica is experienced and extremely well prepared. If you had expressed special needs or interests ahead of time, you can rest assured that they will be well attended to. Monica knows her city well and is able to make quick schedule adjustments as necessitated by rain, excessive heat, exhaustion or changing interests. She is very sensitive to your physical needs and can always find the clean bathroom, rehydration location or attractive eating or resting spot. Monica knows the back alleys and finds the expeditious routes that minimize crowds and provide maximum cover. She seems to know the stories behind every nook and cranny of the multicultural city that is Singapore. Monica is an infectious student of history. I found that Monica anticipated my needs well and was a delightful and interesting person to converse with. She seems to have a great curiosity and passion for people and places. In ten days I will be returning to Singapore for another short visit. Monica was a real treasure source and I now feel prepared to venture out on my own in this lovely city. . We had a 10 hour layover in SIngapore and decided to try and make the most of it by including a tour to the city. We were able to correspond and even whatsapp our selected tour guide HJ prior to the tour. He met us at the airport as requested, spot on time, and we set off. We had some fantastic sightseeing including a rooftop garden visit which was so panoramic. Unfortunately inclement weather was setting in and placed a bit of a damper on our visit to the light show at garden on the bay, albeit that HJ was able to provide all 4 of us each with an umbrella, to try and make it better. The show was good but unfortunatley we got wet and opted to return to the airport a littel earlier than what we had hoped for, due to being wet. It is no fault of HJ and he was adapting the tour to driving and viewing sights from within the car until the rain stopped. Its a pity our tour got cut short but hey, one doesnt get to dicate the weather. HJ is so friendly and likeable and knowledgeable about so many aspects regarding SIngapore, We posed all sorts of questions and he answerred each, with ease. If we were to return to Singapore again and take another bash at a full tour, i know who we will be contacting, we already said as much to him too, HJ of course.SIngapore highlights tour rain or shine

We (4 adults) booked 2 tours with our guide HJ. The first tour was the hawker market tour, where HJ took us around Chinatown, away from the tourists. We were able to try Singapore's most popular dishes. The next day, HJ showed us for 6 hours around the city and explained a lot about the origins and development of Singapore. The crowning glory was a visit to a secret skyscraper roof garden with a sensational view of the entire city, far away from any tourists. HJ is a fantastic guide who knows and loves his city. Mr. Ang contacted me days before our trip asking about the type of tour we wanted to have. He then arranged an itinerary for us, a party of three, that was just the most spectacular tour we could have imagined. We had a 7 hour layover in Singapore on our way back to San Francisco. We chose the 1.5 hour tour because we wanted to get back to the airport on time although on a Sunday it was a quick taxi ride there and back. Stefan was our tour guide and he took us around some of the buildings in downtown while giving us history about Singapore and its path to independence. Jack is a great guide. He has an eye for photography. He even helped us rake better pictures with our phone cameras. we took a nice walk through Kampong Glen and little India and China town. up to the amazing sky park observatory. Rode the cable car for awesome views. we visited the Orchid gardens (wow) and Singapore Botanical gardens. that was just day 1! Day 2 went to the civic center and learned about Singapore planning. Merlion park, river cruuse, Gardens by the bay (amazing), Rhapsody light show (beautiful) and finally the Spectra light show. Ang was immediately engaging, checked ahead of time if any food dislikes. When I met him to start the tour, he was interested to get to know you as a person, interact and talk. He took me to two hawker centers and immediately set about getting an array of dishes from many stalls. He came well prepared with tissues, utensils etc for me to use. Got through many dishes (although many were sweets or desserts). At the end of the tour, he presented me with various gifts including a book of the hawker foods and he took time to go through and tag each dish we tried, which was thoughtful. Was travelling solo so was fine to keep up the pace of trying food and getting around the hawker markets but if I was with my family, may have struggled with the pace. Since i was on my own, the price was probably felt less value for money than if sharing the tour with bigger group. But was still a good way to spend few hours in Singapore and opening eyes to food i may not have tried myself.Hawker stall tour
