The tasting of the wines will leave you speechless , the atmosphere you will breathe in these family run wineries is absolutely authentic and unique, the owners will make you feel part of their daily work .

What can we say about the absolute freshness of the food you will have for lunch? You will go back to your home place with nostalgia for that dish of freshly done pasta al pesto , those bruschettas with tomatoes picked from their orchyard, those hams and pecorino cheeses , that honey coming from the flowers that surrounded you everywhere , those figs picked from the tree before your arrival , and those eggs coming from the chickens in the back of the farm !

Last but not least, a taste of Vinsanto with Cantucci, the typical dessert wine with almond biscuits that was born in ancient times and we still cherish as one of our Tuscan treasures.

We had a wonderful morning with Gaia. She kindly collected us from our Siena hotel & drove us (very skilfully) to Il Pino, a beautiful organic farm & vineyard near Poggibonsi in the Tuscan countryside. We enjoyed a short walking tour of the farm seeing olive trees, vineyards, sheep & cattle. An incredible panoramic view towards San Gimignano was a highlight. An early lunch of delicious farm produced & homemade olives, bread, delicious olive oil, cheeses & cured meats plus pasta & Pappa al Pomodoro was served to us by Mannino family members in there fabulous kitchen / dining loft. We tasted the wineries two wines & particularly enjoyed the Chianti. After coffee & a fond farewell Gaia drove us back through the stunning & picturesque countryside to Siena. Gaia was great company & very easy to talk to. The conversation flowed effortlessly. A fabulous trip. Beautiful Tuscan farm visit

My wife and I met Gaia on our first full day in Siena in the hopes of seeing and understanding more about the history and culutre of Siena and Tuscany at large. Safe to say we could not have gotten any luckier in connecting with her. Her knowledge, candor, humor and love for this beautiful part of Italy is inspiring. Her willingness and patience to answer our many questions (trust me, there were a lot!) made us feel at home and allowed us to connect with the area in a way that would be impossible in any other setting. If you are in or planning a trip to Siena or Tuscany in general, do yourself a favor and connect with her. I had booked this trip for my boyfriend and myself to escape the city life and discover the real tuscan country side. It was exactly what we were looking for. The experience was autenthic & charming, we were welcomed in gabriel's family vineyard & farm. He showed us around and explained everything to us, we ended up sharing a lunch only with local product with the wine property. Cherry on the cake! Authentic experience in tuscan farm

Gaia brought us to a small family winery. We toured fields, cellar demonstrating production, and had tasting with homemade treats. Loved the wine and olive oil. Shipped wine and oil to USA. Special Wine Tasting Experience
