It was here in Mensanello where I spent my childhood living in agricultural atmospheres. My grandparents Ada and Alessandro handed down to me the ancient know-how with my hands and I have always dreamed of living the life I do. After years of studying as an agronomist, doctorate and research grant in Pisa, ten years ago I returned. I hold my grandparents' company in my hands, remembering them in my every gesture, but also bringing a lot of innovation. In Mensanello we produce wine, oil, beer, we prepare food in the restaurant and we host tourists in our accommodation. I have a lot to do, but always with great pleasure!Me and my young team composed by sommelier and expert multilanguage speakers, we will be happy to welcome here in our little world of Mensanello.
