We enjoyed our tour with Grazi a lot. At the beginning she asked us some questions to better understand what we are interested in. She gave us a great overview of the Danish and Scandinavian history which helped us a lot to better understand the city. She had a huge background knowledge of all the sites visited and could answer all our questions. It was very lively and never boring. We were glad that we took the tour on our first day of our 5 days stay. We got so many tipps what to do, see and eat. After the tour Grazi was so kind to send us links to all of her tipps. Besides Grazi took the most amazing pictures of us. So we have perfect memories of all the sites we went. We feel very lucky to have met Grazi. Our family really enjoyed our tour with Hranner. He showed us all around Copenhagen, mixing history with discussions about the various neighborhoods and current topics. If you are looking for an insight into Copenhagen’s history and culture then Claudio is the guide for you. I’ve used with WithLocals before and they were good but after this recent experience, I can’t recommend them. I booked a guide for my son who was flying in from London but he had to cancel due to the large fire at Heathrow. Granted it was within 24-hours (which was 36 hours after I booked) but they were not extenuating circumstances and that both the agency and guide acknowledged. And yet I received the runaround from WithLocals and the guide each willing to forego fees if the other agreed. Despite each agreeing, at the end, WithLocals claimed the guide walked back his agreement to forego. Disappointing

Claudio was friendly, professional, competent and very knowledgeable. He conducted me on a walking tour of Copenhagen and honestly, I did not feel the time pass by at all. He got a great mix of the history of Copenhagen, the important landmarks and what they meant, stories of locations and personalities, and importantly, an expert view of the culinary scene in the city. We recently took the 3+ hour Copenhagen walking city tour with Caio and recommend him highly. He did a wonderful job of presenting the history of Copenhagen and showing us the various "must see" landmarks and also the "not much published" highlights. Most important however, he gave us a wonderful picture of what life is like to live in Copenhagen. He talked about where people live, how they get around, the typical work schedule, the typical school day and child care. He talked about government programs, people attitude towards the government, taxes, health care, education, social programs, jobs, and housing costs. My wife and I were back 42 years after a year of posting in the beautiful city. Many of the sites have been upgraded or gentrified. But we loved how it is kept low intensity and green. Caio took us to visit some of the old haunts - farmers market, Rosenborg, the botanic gardens and we walked by where we lived. Brought back a lot of fond memories.
