We really enjoyed our time with Harry. He was friendly and shared information about Cusco and his personal history along the way. However, we expected to have an appetizer at each of our stops. We had none. Harry brought potato chips which were great, but we expected more food than that. Additionally, there seemed to be a bit of lack of planning. The 2nd place we went was closed (long term) and the 3rd was full. Great time but not what we expected

I had a great time with Angelo. His English is very good, and he is a good conversationalist, telling about the background of the dishes, and overall engaging. He definitely got me to try foods I had not yet tried, and I had been in Peru for 10 days by then. He also gave me some good restaurant recommendations for later. I would recommend doing this tour at the beginning of your trip, so you can learn about what you might like to try throughout your stay. My only complaint is the website advertised 3 hours and 10 tastings, and it was more like 2 hours and 5-6 tastings. Great experience overall

Angelo was a fantastic guide. The meeting point was easy to find and he was there at the agreed time. He is very knowledgeable about the local area and has incredible experience working in the restaurant business all over the world. We had a personal emergency, that had nothing to do with the tour, and were unable to complete the tour. However, Angelo was super helpful in getting us the help we needed. We were very grateful because we would have had a hard time communicating on our own in this situation. Afterwards he even offered to continue the tour even though we were beyond the time the tour originally would have ended. Angelo is very professional, friendly, and genuinely a great person who we felt very comfortable with. We would 100% recommend taking his food tour!!What an experience!!

We booked a tour with Fernando to take a stroll through the Cusco and learn about its rich history during our 2 days of acclimatization prior to a 7 day Choquequirao trek. Fernando is a great guide, knows a lot about Cusco's history and culture and is able to tweak the presentation to keep all member of the group engaged. Honestly, we didn't realize how much we would have missed during our walks through the streets - had it not been for this tour. Fernando brought the city and its history alive for us during these 120 minutes! Angelo was great and tried to get me to try food that I haven't already tried since I've been here. Pretty tall order as I had tried most everything, including all the street food. He took me to San Pedro market and the San Blas market and was able to fulfill the task. I also went back to a place that wasn't open during our tour that he was going to take me to and it was amazing. Great job Angelo!Angelo was great!

Angelo was the perfect local to do a food tour with! We went to the San Pedro market, tried fruit samples and juices, chocolate, and many more items! (I don't want to spoil it) He's immensely knowledgeable on the history of Cusco and we felt like it was a food AND history tour! Cusco is a very lively city full of little shops, restaurants, and bars. It was a lot of fun getting to see this scene through Fabrizio’s eyes. We booked our tour with Fabrizio. Our flight was unfortunately delayed and we arrived in Cusco later than we expected. Fabrizio was so gracious working with us to reschedule the tour for a time that worked better. As Fabrizio was unable to make the new time, he kindly arranged for Pauld to meet us. It was an amazing tour of Cusco and we learned so much history of the area we would never have known! Pauld brought us to a huge local market that left us amazed. He showed us pre-Incan, Incan and post-Incan foundations that are still used and still structurally sound! We never would have known! We had the best fresh squeezed juice blends, visited an incredible art exhibit and found the best place for economical tourist shopping. Thank you Fabrizio and Pauld! It was the best food we ate in Peru. After Fabrizio took us into a local neighborhood to a local estabilishment for three different desserts. All were great. My wife, Tia, and I had the distinct pleasure of spending time with Fabrizio for the full day Sacred Valley tour— customized exactly to our needs. He was extremely responsive and even offered to talk beforehand because my wife has altitude sickness quite often and was a little anxious about our first couple of days at altitude. Fabrizio took care of us and treated us to a worry-free day. We enjoyed every single site he took us to and perhaps most importantly his pacing! He never once rushed us, but also kept us informed in how long he recommends for each site so we didn’t miss out on anything. I warned Fabrizio ahead of time that my wife needed lots of time meeting Alpacas, and he certainly delivered. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her so happy. Fabrizio also customized our needs for coffee, food and brewery stops, and captured amazing photos along the way. He was equally up for more challenging hikes or adventurous food options. Fabrizio also made us laugh and put us at ease with his jovial conversation and delightful stories. I could have easily hung out with Fabrizio for a week. Just book him. We are relatively seasoned travelers and would go back to Peru— a rare sentiment to return to a place when there is so much world to see, and it is in part because of what Fabrizio was able to share of his amazing country. We had a great afternoon with Fabrizio. We had a very limited time to enjoy Cusco before moving on to our next destination and we knew the best way to get the most out of it would be with a local so we booked a tour. Fabrizio gave us a really engaging tour of Cusco centre from a local’s perspective. He took us to the market, introduced us to some of the stall holders and arranged us to taste some locally produced chocolate. We then went to a local bar and guinea pig restaurant and tried some local beer before marching up some rather steep hills to take pictures in the best viewing spots. Throughout, Fabrizio explained the history of Cusco, local customs and prompted us to stop for photos in the best spots. We had a great experience with Fabrizio. He picked us up at Cuzco and took us to various interesting places in the Sacred Valley on our way to Ollantaytambo, where we picked up the Machu Picchu train. The itinerary was very well chosen, he was knowledgeable and efficient, and this trip proved to be a great idea. I wish we had hired him also on the return to Cuzco...it would have been far better than taking the bus back. He took us to Chinchero, Moray and up the ruins in Ollanta itself...a magical experience that prepared us for the magic of Machu Picchu.Excellent
