So patient and accommodating! It was my first time in Marrakesh (Morocco in general) with my 70 year-old mother and Rachid really made our mother-daughter trip AMAZING. As this was are first time in Morrocco/ Marrakech my husband and I thought it was a good idea to get guide to show us around the medina. We both love history so wanted someone who could not only show us how to navigate the medina but share with us the unique history. Redouan was definitely our man and was more than what we hoped for. Hassan was everything we could have hoped for during our visit to Marrakesh. We found him last minute after our original guide didn’t show up — and it turned out to be a true blessing in disguise. Redouan is a very friendly man full of local knowledge. He certainly enlightened us in more ways than one as we discussed everything from history to religion and crafts walking narrow alleyways in the medina we would never have seen on our own. It was very interesting to observe local craftsmen doing their work. It was our first day in Marrakech and a perfect way to start our visit. Redouan recommended a local rooftop restaurant for lunch after our tour who had the local dish we had been shown how were made earlier and it was a perfect place for us to enjoy great food and let all the impressions from our hours with Redouan sink in. We would have given Redouan full score if we didn't find that it was at times a bit difficult to understand his English. Interesting start of our stay

I am Nadia’s friend Kathryn who went on the tour with Quidad around Marrakesh. Definitely book Quidad before your trip she was absolutely excellent it was definitely worth having her guide us around the sites and negotiate things for us . She had excellent English and history of Marrakesh . She organised little things for us for example a tuk tuk ride around the souks in Medina instead of having to walk in the heat and narrow streets. Redouan was the ideal guide for our family of 2 adults and 2 girls (age 5 & 8). We did the tour on day 1 of our stay in Marrakesh which was perfect to find our bearings and ear mark places to go on other days. We had booked the tour "Djemaa El Fna Square Market Tour & Tastings" for the first evening on the day of arrival. It was simply fantastic with Lhoussaine and Kamal, who guided us through the many narrow alleyways around Djemaa El Fna with charm, wit and friendliness. 5 carefully selected restaurants and food stalls gave us a perfect insight into the culinary diversity of Moroccan cuisine. Lhoussaine and Kamal extended the tour by a whole hour because there was simply so much for us to see. Highly recommended! Thank you both for a wonderful evening! Highly recommended!

We met Ouidaad as a stranger and left as friends , she was excellent in many ways. Cheerful and kind as we met her at the Bahiya Palace gates , we were very lucky the weather was cool for June and we learnt a lot about Moroccan culture. Showed us parts of Marrakech we would have completely missed on our own, taking us through the artisans quarters and having the craftsmen he knows show and explain their work and it’s history. He and my boyfriend enjoyed a great chat about Moroccan military history. Very knowledgeable about the whole country and it’s intersecting cultures and crafts. Was also very patient while we browsed jewellery, leather goods and woodcrafts and brought us to some of the best artists in the city to buy from. 10/10Knowledgable, friendly and patient

We had the best day with Elhoussaine! He showed us so many beautiful places and gave us in-depth context as to their history and place within Moroccan culture. Having him take us through the Bahia palace was a huge highlight. Had we taken ourselves through we wouldn’t have had the background knowledge he had and likely missed a lot of what makes it such an interesting place. We had an amazing time with Hassan his cousin as our guide. I was nervous about traveling so far from Marrakech without a group. But the driver and our guide made us feel comfortable right away. We had a fantastic food tour with our local guide Adil. There was so much food on the tour we needed a lie down in the afternoon! Plenty of stops for authentic sweet and savoury snacks and a tasty chicken tagine at the end. It was also good visiting a local market to see the range of food, spices and craft goods for sale. Adil was such a friendly and knowledgeable guide and it was lovely to hear about his background and family. Redouan was so kind and responsive to our needs. One of our party had mobility issues and he was really careful with her. He did exactly what we wanted and needed in this heat. He was punctual, knowledgeable and accommodating. He got us into the Bahia Palace with no queueing, and even loaned us the money to get in when my bank card wouldn’t let me get cash 😩 Only one review on here is less than 4 stars, the majority are 5 and we would echo that.
