I messaged Hajer less than 48 hours before I needed help - I was looking for natural items (resins, herbs, oils), some of which I had never purchased anywhere before, in Muscat. I sent a list of over 19 types of items and shared my intention, and Hajer was able to help me find high quality items that I wouldn't have been able to find anywhere else. I knew I wouldn't be able to do this on my own, as I had no idea where to even start looking and how to understand if I was getting something worthwhile. But Hajer took me to the right places and helped me find my items and interact with the shopkeepers as there was a language barrier for me. Hajer made my trip possible! I would have been completely lost without her help. We could not have started our Oman tour in a better way: Having Hajer as a guide, starting the day with the best Karak tea ever and than learning so much about Muscat, the Omani live, habits and thinking. We had good talks, laughter and got a lot of information. Although it has been Friday (holiday and mostly closed) Hajer organised a very interesting tour round Muscat. We loved the tour with Hajer. Our 11yr old boys also enjoyed it. Hajer was super relaxed, kind and fun! I was on a solo day trip to Oman and booked Hajer to show me around Muscat. Hajer picked me up from the airport and we set off on the adventure. She was very friendly, very fun and most of all very passionate and knowledgeable about her home country. The best way I can describe my experience, was like I travelled and caught up with a friend - we grabbed a coffee from one of her favourite spots, walked through the Mutrah Souq, drove through the mountainous areas, saw the palace, opera house, multiple beaches, the gorgeous resort area etc. I feel there was no area we didn’t explore. Hajer then took me to a very local restaurant where we ate a late Omani lunch followed by a stop to try some locally made halwa (sweet) and coffee. As the tour ended, Hajer dropped me back off at the airport. Overall, it was a fantastic day and I recommend the tour with Hajer. If you have a longer trip, this would also be a great way to see everything at a high level to get your bearings and then feel comfortable to explore on your own, knowing where everything is. Yousuf provided us with a great day out. He was communicative with details before the tour and arrived at our hotel on time (was flexible to change the meeting point for pick up and drop off at our hotel which was out of the city centre). He was also flexible enough to focus on what we wanted to do given we had to be back in the hotel than the planned tour end. His car was perfect for a long day out, so we were comfortable the whole day (and perfectly clean!). The 4WD drive was so much fun and he helped us with our gear so we could all enjoy swimming in the Wadi. Thanks Yousuf! A great way to see more than just Muscat

Hajer was awesome. Before the tour I was already in contact with her, she answered all my questions, gave me great advice and customized the tour exactly how we wished it to be. She is a very smart, young open minded lady. It felt like traveling with a friend. She took really good care of us brought drinks and lots of local snacks. We tried Oman chips for the first time. We had an afternoon trip with Hajer and it was most enjoyable. From the Grand Mosque to the Portuguese forts, from the beach to the Muttrah souk, this was a thoroughly enjoyable and interesting trip. Der Ausflug mit Yousuf ins Wadi Bani Kahlid und Wahiba Sands war eine grossartige Erfahrung. Yousuf ist ein fantastischer Guide und ausgezeichneter Fahrer, der uns sicher ins Wadi und die Wüste gebracht hat. Zudem hat er sich während dem ganzen Trip immer wieder nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt. Während der Fahrt war sehr auskunftsfreudig und ist ausführlich auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen. In der Wüste hat er eine Offroad-Tour durch die Dünen, abseits der Strassen gemacht. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Einladung ins Dorf, in dem er aufgewachsen ist mit abschliessendem Rundgang auf der Farm Hof seiner Familie, in der uns frische Früchte, arabischer Kaffee und frischer Tee serviert wurden. Yousuf contacted us to let us know that his son Omar would be taking us on our city tour. Omar arrived on time and was an excellent driver, as he negotiated the busy Muscat traffic. We were particularly impressed by the Grand Mosque and Omar was able to answer all our questions. We also visited the Sultan’s Palace, the fish market and the souk, where Omar haggled on our behalf for some earrings. We had a wonderful tour with Hajer last night in Oman! She was absolutely lovely—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating. We had a superb day out with Yousuf. This tour involves a long drive but well worth seeing. In addition to visiting Wadi Bani Khalid and the Wahiba Sands, we had an unscheduled stop at Yousuf’s family farm where we were treated to ginger tea, cake and fruit and were able to hold their 2 week old baby Arabian gazelle. Lovely! Yousuf was the perfect guide and host for this whole day tour. Well worth the long trip!

Ali was very nice, but did not provide details or interesting facts about what we visited. I believe he would be a great desert tour guide, but does not have the same enthusiasm for a Muscat City Tour. A BIT LIGHTS ON THE DETAILS

Highly enjoyable and informative evening tour of Muscat with Yousaf Ali - exactly what we’d hoped for. Yousaf was great at reading his audience and delivering! We’d already seen a good bit of Muscat by day, and also a trip to Nizwa etc, so we were keen to hear about Oman/Muscat’s history and current affairs, mixed with getting a different view of old Muscat by night. Friendly, enthusiastic and informative, a great evening trip and would highly recommend Yousaf to others (in fact we already did to someone else staying in our hotel!)Memorable Muscat Evening Tour

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. We had wonderful time in Oman. Beautiful country and beautiful people. Hajer was perfect. She show as so many things and we had realy great fun with her. She was always ready to help us and made our stay in Oman unforgetteable. I will recomend her to all of my friends.
