When we started our tour we told Pedro we wanted to see the hidden gems of Palma and he didn’t disappoint! He showed us things we’d never seen before and told us so many tales of Palma’s history as well as the history of other parts of Mallorca. He was so knowledgeable and entertaining. Pedro was excellent in every way imaginable. We did a 3 hour walking tour with him. When we first met he asked us what kind of tour we wanted to do and we of course told him we wanted to hear it all, as Pedro says, the lights and the darks. Pedro definitely surpassed our expectations with the amount of knowledge, stories and curiosities he shared about his town of Mallorca. Born and raised in Mallorca, Pedro shares an encyclopedia of knowledge and kept us laughing with his humor. We wanted to bring home a bottle of traditional olive oil and he took us to a local shop where he buys and also directed us to a great tapas restaurant, Bar España to grab a bite after. Next time we return to Mallorca we will absolutely book with Pedro again! For Game of Thrones and House of Dragon fans, walking in Mallorca felt like taking a stroll in King’s Landing with the coastline resembling vibes of Dorne. My fiancé loved it! Andreas is the best; he has great subtle music, a welcome drink, and various dishes throughout the entire experience leading up to the paella. My mother is an avid cook and she thought Andreas’ cooking with his partner was delicious. Additionally, the dessert was simple, tasteful, and to the point. Do not hesitate to book this experience with him! It was very homey, think of having a delicious private dinner with your new family. I've been to various Michelin restaurants and they do not compare to the experience that Andreas provides & at the value! My daughter & I booked dinner with Andreas & Manuela this past week and had a wonderful evening! They are both so welcoming. As you may have read already, this is not a cooking class, but rather a meal prepared by them. The food was absolutely delicious beginning to end! Manuela prepared sangria while we were there, explaining the steps and ingredients. Then there was the final assembly of the paella; again, Andreas provided us background on how to make this dish the best it can be. All the while, we chatted and learned about each other. They have done extensive traveling and have many stories to share. The music was excellent, the view from the upper rooftop to the Cathedral is magical, & let's not forget about their adorable little dog, Domingo. When we were leaving, Andreas made us a reservation for a small jazz club after dinner that was amazing! 2 days later, I had the opportunity to run into Andreas & Domingo out on a walk and we stopped to chat. This experience exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were incredible and very accommodating! They made one of the best paellas we've ever had, with all different kinds of seafood and meats. They walk you through step by step how they prepare and cook the food and the ingredients used for the drinks as well. We offered to help clean, but they didn’t want us to lift a finger, which was so relaxing as we took in the views and aromas from their rooftop. Their home is lovely and so are they. Cesar arranged a fabulous one day excursion for our party of 8. The caves are truly a natural wonder, and it was not crowded. The horseback riding at Cala Ratjada was enjoyed by 5, while 3 of us went to the local castle and then went to a great little restaurant for a drink and a snack. We all then went to another local restaurant for lunch which was fabulous. Local food, local people made it a real fabulous experience. Off to wine tasting at Miquel Oliver, which was fun, educational and again fabulous. Then on a return we stopped in Palma for a quick walking tour of the downtown . Cesar is a great host , he is knowledgeable of the area and its history, which makes the tour a superb way to spent the day. Highest recommendation The Best

Natalia is a passionate and energetic guide, clearly beloved by her community and excited to share it with us. We started at Santa Catarina market where Natalia knew almost every vendor. We got to try numerous different items including sandwiches, tortilla, croquettes, and different types of alcohol (if we wanted). We then proceeded to walk and eat our way around Palma, stopping at places only a local would know about. We finished the trip at an incredible bakery, tasting a variety of sweet and savory foods and drinking hot chocolate. Even though it was pouring rain, we had an incredible time. Natalia was so excited because the gargoyles on the churches were all spitting water, which she said almost never happens. I recently experienced The Ultimate Drach Caves Day Trip with Cesar in Majorca, and it was truly outstanding and an unforgettable experience. On our way to the Caves of Drach, we stopped at the charming port city of Porto Cristo, Majorca, known as the hometown of tennis legend Rafa Nadal and the site of his prestigious sports academy. This unexpected detour added an extra layer of excitement to our journey. At our visit to the mesmerizing Caves of Drach, Cesar's knowledge and enthusiasm made the exploration even more fascinating. We then paid a visit to the Majora Pearl Factory. It was fascinating, and I found myself captivated by the intricate process of pearl creation. I even purchased a few lovely pieces as mementos. Well, in a nutshell Cesar was an awesome guide! Ne really took the time to personalize our fun filled day of sightseeing and food tastings across the North area of Palma de Mallorca. He was on time and we promptly took off in his vehicle on our tour. We covered quite a bit of territory with perfectly timed stops at various towns and cities / villages like Palma, Pollencia, Alcudia and many other mountain and coastal villages along the way. One of the highlights was our stop on the Northernmost part of the island at a wonderful lookout spot with wonderful views of the mountains and Mediterranean. We took some more time in a few sights like Alcudia to learn the history and take in some of the Roman ruins located there. We also made quite a few stops to take in some wonderful Spanish snacks and lunch at the Bar Stop restaurant which was absolutely delicious. Another nice stop was our visit to a local winery for a wine tasting of some local wines. Very educational and the wine was awesome. Cesar also did an amazing job of teaching us about some of the history of Palma de Mallorca and how they came to be what they are today. Long story short you cannot go wrong booking a tour with Cesar in Palma de Mallorca. Enjoy your time in Cadiz and the great food as well!Adventure in Palma de Mallorca!
