Our first trip to Paris was unforgettable, thanks to Alexia! She gave us the perfect mix of history, culture, food, and fun. From Notre Dame and the Marais to Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. Along the way, she introduced us to amazing local treats like Maison Georges Larnicol, Ladurée, and Les Merveilleux de Fred. We also stopped for shopping along the way and having Alexia with us for language assistance made it much easier. What really stood out was Alexia’s knowledge and passion. Every stop had a story, and she made the city come alive with details we never would have found on our own. She balanced sightseeing with hidden gems and gave us time to soak in each moment, whether it was strolling through a garden, enjoying lunch in Montmartre, or taking in the rooftop view at Galeries Lafayette. She knew which shops to go into and which to avoid. This was helpful in the pastry shops! She also helped us navigate the city and the different arrondissements. We never had to look at our phones for directions! Even more, she felt more like a friend than just a guide- warm, thoughtful, and fun to spend time with. Alexia is the best choice for experiencing the "real" Paris. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the city's history and main attractions, but most of all, she truly loves her city. She showed me places I would have never discovered on my own. She took me to spots with amazing food and shared a list of her favourite restaurants so I’d know where to go for the rest of my trip. Rachelle was wonderful! She was engaging and accommodating to our entire family of five. We had a 3 hour walking tour- starting in the Marais near our hotel. Rachelle showed us so many interesting things we never would have known about-pointing out shops, restaurants and some of her favorite spots in the Marais. We then headed to the Seine to Ile de la Cite and into the Latin Quarter and ended in Saint-Germain-de-Pres. We wished she had been with us everyday of our trip! Thank you, Rachelle!!! Rachelle was amazing. She is warm and engaging. It felt like we had a new Parisian friend. She took us around Le Marais and St. Germain des Prés and Luxembourg Gardens. It was so wonderful to hear about the places, culture, history and little known facts. She showed us her favorite croissant bakery, macaron shop, and book store. We even went to the pharmacy and she showed us the French skin care products we must take home. She was great with my teenage daughter too! I wish Rachelle could have come on the rest of our trip!

We had a great walking tour with Welly! Wonderful introduction to the city for a first morning in Paris. He walked us through several districts and gave us a good amount of history. We had a wonderful tour with Gelsomina! We started in St. Germain, walking through the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. All along the way, Gelsomina talked about interesting facts that we didn’t know before and pointed out things that we would have missed on our own. Giedre provided the best tour I have ever had. My experience in the past included group tours only. The custom feature of Withlocals made a monstrous difference. I took my 15 year old granddaughter to Paris. It was only the three of us for the entire 3 hour tour. Giedre is also a personal stylist which my granddaughter was thrilled to have! We brought our two kids, ages 8 and 10, and they were engaged the entire time (they said it was one of their favorite things from our 10 day Europe trip). Our tour with Rachelle was a dream! We landed in Paris at 6:30am, got to the hotel at 9am and had began our tour at 10:30am. Rachelle was beautiful, lovely, knowledgeable, relatable, fun and she absolutely, 100% set the tone for the rest of our 3-day adventure in Paris. Her love for the City led us back to the Latin Quarter the next day….and the next! We asked for an “off the beaten path” tour, exploring the nooks and crannies of Paris and she said the Latin Quarter was a great place for this. She was not wrong! We found ourselves wandering down the beautiful cobblestone streets and into/out of pastry shops and cafes that we would not have found without her help. We went back to several places like Aux Merveilleux, Le Procope and Terres de Café because she took us there in our first few hours of our trip. We are SO THANKFUL for her guidance and glad we did our tour in the beginning so we could go back (when we were less of duds from the flight) and further enjoy Rachelle’s recommendations. THANK YOU, Rachelle! Rachelle set the tone for our trip!

This was our first time booking withlocals! I went with my intuition and booked with Anukool and I'm so happy I did. I saw that he had a love a history and so does my Husband. What I didn't know was that he also has a fashion degree which comes with its own history and is perfect for Paris! He was able to keep the attention of my Husband and my three teen girls. He even went out of his way to help us navigate the Paris Metro system, helping us buy our tickets to Versailles and Disney Paris. He suggested buying our return tickets at the same time so we didn't wait in a line when returning. Anakool has so much to offer with his world traveling, fashion background and his love of history. In just a few minutes Welly assessed what we wanted from our tour. We are a couple interested in history and architecture and his guide and explanations were perfect for us.
