Initially it was planned to visit the city and also access the twin towers. But unfortunately the guide was unable to get the tickets because they were already sold out. Nevertheless this wasn’t that bad, because the experience with Brendon turned out to be very good even without visiting the towers. First he started giving us a tour through various locations in kuala lumpur and additionally showed us the best spots for instagram pics ;). When we got hungry he looked for the best restaurants to show us some local food. Turned out great. After that, the tour should be finished, but he stayed with us (without paying extra) and showed us the financial district. I asked for so many things, pics of the petronas towers, family pictures, even a coach store, a mall, and he did all of that with us. He squeezed us into a 5 star hotel, because of their rooftop so we could see the skyline of kuala lumpur the best way possible. All in all, I want to say that it wasn’t a typical guided tour you would find with a lot of other guides. They have fixed plans, you can only visit this and when the time is over, bye bye. Not with Brendon. He was even telling us about how to look for the best guides and the best tours so you don't get trapped. When I asked questions about corruption (one of the numerous questions) in the country, he answered very honest and didn’t seem to be ashamed about the (sad) truth. For me it felt like a friend who knows the city by heart and goes with you everywhere you wish for. Additionally we had very good conversations, not like the typical small talks you normally have with guides. Thank you for the amazing experience (and helping me find a coach store ;)). Siidoz was great! There was a person with a nut allergy in the group and he was able to adapt the tour to cater for this. There were also two children (11 years and 13 years). The tour was centred primarily around Chinatown with a good variety of food, both savoury and sweet. He was knowledgeable and engaging, particularly making sure the children were included. There was so much food so make sure you're hungry! Thanks!Great tour

Manjeet gave us the most fantastic food and cultural tour. From start to finish she was amazing! As part of the group we had one person who is coeliac (gluten free) as well as a 4 year old child. From pre-booking discussions we knew we were in great hands as she was really knowledgeable about being gluten free and even supplied a multi-language allergy alert card to use in Malaysia. The tour was adapted to cater for our dietary requirements (even going to a place where the chef is gluten free!) and the food was incredible - a good mixture of sweet and savoury! Our tour included a ride on the train to Little India, which the 4 year old loved, as well as a trip to a bakery. She included cultural landmarks and adapted the tour so we could see the padang and colonial area. She followed up with a list of all the food tried, as well as more details about places to eat gluten free within Malaysia! We cannot speak highly enough of Manjeet. She was engaging, knowledgeable, thoughtful and knew just where to find amazing food! Make sure you go on this tour hungry as there was so much food!! Thank you so much!Amazing!

We took the local street food tour of Kuala Lumpur and Manjeet was an amazing guide. She took us to many excellent food places and displayed a great knowledge about both the food and the city. Manjeet was also quite friendly. She was extremely diligent in ensuring our dietary restrictions (vegetarian) were adhered to. She also provided many other suggestions for things to do around the city during the rest of our stay, including a map of hand picked places to go in nearby Melaka, which we heavily relied on when our tour guide there was awful. As an final example of how great she is: Before the tour started, we had issues with getting a taxi, and she helped us to make a last minute switch to go by the Monorail instead by sending us very helpful screenshots and instructions of what sort of ticket to buy (it was our first day in the city and this certainly saved time given we were already late), and she even adjusted he order of places we visited to make this work. Finally, she gave us a goody bag of desserts since we'd enjoy them more while not so full! Wonderful guide!

My family and I travel internationally often and almost always we hire locals to show us around. We were excited to do the same in Kuala Lumpur as this was our first time in the city. But we were disappointed with our experience. We were still hungry after the tour. Our guide took us to four different sites and made sure he chose the most inexpensive food items on the menu. Mind you we each paid over $39. We were surprised to know that the whole tasting experience will be done within the Jalan Street or the food street which to us is not really a local eating experience. We did the ten tasting out with Manjeet and what a way to start our holiday! Manjeet is incredibly knowledgeable not just about the food but the history and stories behind each dish too. As we made our way through the streets of KL Manjeet explained the history around us. From the very start, she ascertained what we liked and then tailored tastings to suit us, with a few surprises on the way. She even very kindly bought us a few treats to take away and have later. Her English is perfect too, probably better than some of my English friends! We would highly recommend Manjeet, for her knowledge, humour, wit and she is just lovely!Fabulous!

We had the pleasure of spending a half day with Manjeet touring around Chow Kit, Kampung Baru, Chinatown, Little India, central market With our 2 tweens we stopped at 5 food stops from Local coffee, Kaya toast, Roti Canai, Freshly made spring rolls, Tasty pork, Chicken, local fruits, with a few local drinks Manjeet was very pleasant and knowledgeable about her city, and was very patient with our 2 on a hot and sometimes rainy day I feel it’s a must to do this within first couple of days on arrival in KL to get the most out your visit to KL or Malaysia at large. Manjeet also shares loads of recommendations on your tastes, which we’ve followed up on with No disappointment. Our favourite to revisit was Kampung Baru and China Town Highly recommend KL Essentials

We only had one day in Kuala Lumpur so we booked a tour with Brendon. We had a bit delay from the airport so we didn't have lunch but Brendon showed us a restaurant for a short en good lunch nearby the hotel. In 4 hours we discovered the highlights of the old and the new part of the city, tasted local snacks and heard about the history of the city. Brendon also advised a restaurant for dinner, where we enjoyed the roasted fish. We had a fantastic experience with Brendon : he is friendly, humoristic, flexible, an ideal guide to explore the city.

This a must in KL! We had an amazing time trying all the best street food in places we would never have found without Siidoz. Siidoz was super knowledgeable and we learned about the history of KL as well as the street food culture. He was a great host. Our only negative was there was too much food!!! Must do experience in KL!
