Elodie was terrific, both knowledgeable and charming. She offered sound advice on which beers to choose, so we had three very different beers, including an unusual lambic. The pubs we visited were interesting and funky, but the snacks were just snacks.

Asefeh was the perfect guide for our Brussels chocolate tour - relaxed, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. She struck the ideal balance of information about chocolate without overwhelming us with details, while also turning our walk between tastings into an impromptu city tour. A lovely chocolate and history toup
Eric was fabulous. He managed the tour in a way that my mother (who doesn't walk well) was able to manage and enjoy the history of the main square and chocolate shops along the way. He was knowledgable, friendly, and gave us tips about places to go to drink and eat the best waffles. I highly recommend!
