Good for experts and novices alike
Elodie was terrific, both knowledgeable and charming. She offered sound advice on which beers to choose, so we had three very different beers, including an unusual lambic. The pubs we visited were interesting and funky, but the snacks were just snacks.

The Perfect Guide to Brussels
Our time in Brussels was made truly unforgettable thanks to Eric. From the moment we met him, his passion for his city was clear. He was incredibly patient, kind, and full of local knowledge that gave us an experience far beyond what we could have found on our own.
Eric introduced us to the best of Brussels' food and drink—places we never would have discovered without him. From the crispiest fries to decadent waffles and artisanal chocolate, every stop was a hidden gem loved by locals. We appreciated that he steered us away from tourist traps and into the heart of the city’s culinary culture, all while supporting small, local businesses.
