Darko arrived on time to pick us up in his very comfortable and clean car. Making location arrangements was easy and close to the cruise ship. Our first stop was the caves and these are not to be missed. They are incredibly impressive. Darko shared great insights about Split and Croatia on the short drive. We also visited the nearby fortress before heading back to Split for our requested “express” tour of the old town. He left us with a great lunch recommendation. Darko is all that is good about private tours. He takes his job seriously but doesn’t just talk dates and facts, there was context. We appreciated hearing about his story as well. Thank you Darko. Darko is great. He is very knowledgeable of the area and history associated with it. He is fluent in English and easy to understand. When we come back to Croatia we will definitely book another tour with him. Highly recommend.

Darko gave us a wonderful tour of the caves, which is highly recommended and not accessible by the bus tours. We almost had the caves to ourselves and it was breathtaking and so serene. Also a nice tour of the fortress followed by a taste of Split. Wonderful time.

Darko was an extremely articulate and knowledgeable guide. He took us to Vranjaca Cave and then Kris Fortress both of which are well worth seeing. We also spent a pleasant time over a coffee solving the world's problems
