Very informed and tailored to our requests

Ivana was excellent! My husband and I had several specific requests and she was able to add those in, including access to at least one location normally closed to the public. She also spotted well in advance that our original tour date fell on a WW2 anniversary, possibly making some places closed to the public. We rebooked for the next day (and she was right about the eventual closures, which we were able to avoid.) She was extemely thoughtful and well researched.

Culture, scenery, history, and insights

Visiting Kutna Hora and Nymburk with Hana (and George as driver, measurements translation expert, ...) was a superb conclusion of my visit to the Czech Republic. Hana's broad knowledge of the cultural sites and history packed the trip with insights and interesting context (including Krtek), weaving together society of the Czech Republic today with historical personalities and integrated cultural influences all the way back to prehistory. Walking through the streets of Kutna Hora, we stopped in a bakery (kolach like grandmother made) and several shops. Time to explore the cathedrals, architecture, and views was flexible and allowed me to both get key information and to quietly soak in the experience. Visiting Nymburk on the way back to Prague, where the city is celebrating 750 years following founding, was especially interesting -- the Elbe River, burnt brick fortifications, town square, and streetscapes.

Great tour guide

Stephen was very knowledgeable, and clearly very passionate about Prague and its history. He was very engaging, and kept my kids (16 and 12) engaged and stimulated. We went on two tours with Stephen, one covering WW2 history and another tour at Prague castle. It was a pleasure touring with Stephen!

Fantastic!

Michal did a fantastic job working around our accessibility issues. He was so knowledgeable and provided great information. We would never have been able to get around the whole complex without him!
