We had an absolutely wonderful time on our private food tour with Claudio in Copenhagen! From the moment we met him, it was clear that he was not only incredibly knowledgeable about Danish cuisine and culture, but also genuinely passionate about sharing that knowledge.
Claudio took the time to ask about our interests right at the start, and effortlessly tailored the experience to suit both the adults and our two young boys (ages 6 and 8). That’s no easy task, but he pulled it off beautifully! He kept the kids engaged and entertained throughout the tour, introducing them to new foods in a fun, approachable way, while still offering plenty of depth and variety to keep the adults intrigued and satisfied.
The stops were well-chosen and diverse, and Claudio's insights into both the history and the stories behind each dish made everything come alive. It felt less like a tour and more like spending a few hours with a knowledgeable local friend who just happens to know the best food spots in the city.

Varied, exiting Copenhagen walking tour
We enjoyed our tour with Grazi a lot. At the beginning she asked us some questions to better understand what we are interested in.
She gave us a great overview of the Danish and Scandinavian history which helped us a lot to better understand the city. She had a huge background knowledge of all the sites visited and could answer all our questions. It was very lively and never boring.
We were glad that we took the tour on our first day of our 5 days stay. We got so many tipps what to do, see and eat. After the tour Grazi was so kind to send us links to all of her tipps.
Besides Grazi took the most amazing pictures of us. So we have perfect memories of all the sites we went.
We feel very lucky to have met Grazi. You cannot wish for a better guide!

Great insight into food and hidden gems
Fabrine's knowledge on the fascinating hidden gems of Copenhagen would never let you guess that she isn't a native local. In fact, she has probably explored and studied the nooks and corners of the city more than most locals have - which is a great asset for a Highlights and Hidden Gems tour.
She also introduced us to some great Danish food - we particularly loved the scrumptiously fresh smørrebrød (Danish open-faced sandwiches) and delicious fiskefrikadeller (fish cakes) that we tried. Her warm, fun and open nature makes for good company on a tour, too.
