We had an absolutely wonderful time on our private food tour with Claudio in Copenhagen! From the moment we met him, it was clear that he was not only incredibly knowledgeable about Danish cuisine and culture, but also genuinely passionate about sharing that knowledge. Claudio took the time to ask about our interests right at the start, and effortlessly tailored the experience to suit both the adults and our two young boys (ages 6 and 8). That’s no easy task, but he pulled it off beautifully! He kept the kids engaged and entertained throughout the tour, introducing them to new foods in a fun, approachable way, while still offering plenty of depth and variety to keep the adults intrigued and satisfied. The stops were well-chosen and diverse, and Claudio's insights into both the history and the stories behind each dish made everything come alive. It felt less like a tour and more like spending a few hours with a knowledgeable local friend who just happens to know the best food spots in the city. Claudio was an amazing guide. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food scene in Copenhagen. We tasted all the classics-some with a modern twist- and learned a lot of interesting things about Denmark as well as its food. A most enjoyable two hours.
