Tallinn is a fascinating city steeped in history, and we were eager to have a guide to help us explore its rich heritage. Our guide led us to hidden gems that I hadn’t come across in my readings, as well as some well-known sites. Before booking, I was unfamiliar with WithLocals and was uncertain about the level of expertise and professionalism we could expect, particularly given the cost (a private tour for two was more affordable than paying for just one person in a larger group of 20 on other tours we took during our Northern Europe trip).
