Amazing Class on Macarons!
My husband loves to make macarons and wanted some tweaks to improve the process. Well, Jean-Yves entirely changed his mind on how to perfect the process. Now home, we can hardly wait to jump in and try our new tips and tricks.
It was such a delightful macaron class, in a beautiful setting, we decided to come to one of his dinners the following week. The French/Asian fusion was delightful and our tastebuds are so incredibly happy we returned, bringing along some friends to experience the ambiance and food with us.
Jean-Yves, and Fred, were the perfect hosts. When we return to Paris we will definitely have dinner again with them.
