To cut it short, Miha was amazing! He made our tour happen even on a short notice and an unannounced transport strike in Berlin. Chris was a very friendly and entertaining guide. He was cleary passionate and had endless knowledge about the history of the camp and even more anecdotes. His way of explaining made history come alive. We learned a lot and had a nice day!
Tiago was great!!! He customized whole trip for us, made reservations for audio tours accordingly and also have us experienced amazing food too:):) Whole trip went without hiccups and we really enjoyed whole trip to Potsdam!
Really enjoyed our tour with Tiago. He was lovely and very knowledgeable. We did however, feel that it ended rather abruptly and we weren't informed that we were walking back to the station. 40 plus minutes of travelling to and from Potsdam cut into the 4 hours allocated plus we finished with half an hour to spare. It would perhaps be better to meet at Potsdam thus allowing more time for the tour. It would also have been nice to have had the opportunity to stop for refreshments or even been told that the tour was close to finishing so that we could have perhaps decided to stay in Potsdam to have lunch or a drink.
