I cannot overstate how amazing our full coverage tour with Sherman was!! First and foremost, Sherman’s communication was excellent before we had even met her - asking if we had any preferences and advising us to arrive hungry! The tour began in Hong Kong Island and Sherman took us to a traditional Dim Sum restaurant that you would never find if you weren’t a local. It was seriously the best Dim Sum ever! Throughout the tour, Sherman took the time to find out where we had already been and tailored the tour accordingly. Her knowledge of Hong Kong history was incredible and she drew on stories of her upbringing to really bring the place to life. She had prepared pre-loaded Octopus cards for us to make transport so much easier and we got to travel around the city by various means included the Ding Ding and Star Ferry! The tour concluded in the night markets of Kowloon, with Sherman helping us order dinner before we parted ways. Even after the tour, Sherman continued to communicate with us to make recommendations on hikes and restaurants. Outstanding!! We would award Sherman 11 stars if we could!
