I had an amazing day with Didot, he not only made everything easy, he took me to fantastic 'hidden' places that most people don't go to. Our lunch spot was amazing, his stories and history were so insightful and he was exactly why I like a With Locals guide. You cannot go wrong with Didot, you will have an amazing adventure . Highly, highly recommended!!!

We had the most amazing time with Didot, he is local and super knowledgable. We could ask him so many questions about local culture and way of living and also he explained many many things about the temples. He is very friendly would definitely recommend!

Didot was a truly excellent guide — informative, thoughtful, and warm. We learned an enormous amount not just about the temples but about Yogyakarta and Indonesia. His driving was excellent and confidence inspiring (no small feat in this traffic), and he made sure we were comfortable and engaged all day. We had a wonderful day with Didot visiting Borobudur and Prambanan. Didot gave great advice in advance of the tour, making sure we booked our tickets for the correct date and time. On the day of our tour, he was on time and smiling from the early morning. Didot is very knowledgeable about both temples as well as Indonesia as a whole. He speaks excellent English and tells very fun stories about his homeland. In hearing our interests in local foods, he took us on an unscheduled stop to his friend, a beekeeper where we got to learn about and taste the honey from his hives. We highly recommend a day in Yogya with Didot.
