Wonderful food tour of Bologna
Guiseppe was an excellent guide for our tour. He knew many of the vendors at the market and was able to provide a great local take on the food, the atmosphere, and the history. My wife loved the rice cake he sent me home with. Can’t reccommend this tour and Guiseppe in particular, enough. If you’re in Bologna, see it with Guiseppe!

Knowledge to share and very flexible!
Paolo was wonderful to tour with, showcasing not only a vast knowledge of the city, but also history of the food and restaurants he showed us! Arrive hungry because these are not tiny tastings and you will end the day very happy and full!
Special thanks to Paolo for working around my mobility issues and our dietary restraints. He was very accommodating and understanding!
