We really appreciated getting to tour the amazing archeological site of Pompeii with such a knowledgable guide. We did really want to learn about the ancient civilization and history, so Roberto's knowledge as an archeologist was perfect. He was able to give us some larger perspective on the time of Pompeii. He was also really responsive while planning and helped us pick the correct high-speed train from Rome to Naples and the correct train transfer in Naples. We were able to easily come for the day and make it back to Rome in the evening. Overall a wonderful experience.

A great day with Roberto at Pompeji
We (family of three) had a wonderful tour with Roberto at Pompeji. What a difference to visit the city with a professional that can bring the daily live in Roman times back by knowing all the smaller details! The tour was very individual! Just talk to him. We got good advice how to spent our time after the tour. And we could skip the long waiting line at the entrance and started relaxed with an espresso near the entrance… Roberto, thanks again!

Fantastic Tour!
Carlo is a gem! Our adult family of four toured Pompeii with him, and his warmth and enthusiasm absolutely made our day fantastic. His intricate knowledge of the area, his humor and his passion for the little details made the vast archeological site more interesting and enjoyable. His recommendations for a driver and ideas for a post-tour wine-tasting and luncheon were an unexpected delight. We feel very lucky to have found such a great guide in Carlo!
