Perfect Private Tour
Everything about our tour was perfect. The organisational aspects worked perfectly. He was careful of us and courteous at all times.
The tour itself was amazing bringing together those people living in modern Florence and running family businesses with the beauty of the city itself. We felt privileged to meet local people and taste their delicious produce. Everyone was welcoming and proud of the things we rated. Pastries, wine, freshly cooked meat and potatoes in the market, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and delicious Icecream.
With Matteo we covered areas we would never have been on our own. We saw the little hidden gems of the city. In the Basilica di Santo Spirito we saw the beautiful Christ on the Cross in its planned setting - magnificent!!
We will definitely come back

Our experience started with great communication from the time of our booking. Dina was very attentive in responding to ensure we received her responses quickly so we could make our decisions and purchases as some attractions and times sell out. She provided full details of what to expect during the process on the bookings. Fortunately we booked well enough in advance that we were able to secure the tickets and times we wanted. As the trip approached, her communication continued. She coordinated our meet up location based upon where our tour started and the day before our tour communicated wonderfully on where and how to locate her. This turned out not to even be a search as she spotted us and approached unhesitatingly. She is an absolutely wonderful host in her city and started us off at one of her favorite historical coffee bars. Her knowledge and passion for her city and country is evident in her presentations during her tours. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience spending the day with her. I highly recommend a private tour with Dina to gain that one-on-one experience and be ably to ask questions and communicate. She truly loves what she does and it is felt.

Amazing Tour
Cristina was our best guide in Italy. She is so knowledgeable and makes everything relatable to all ages. Our children ages 17, 14 and 12 said it was their favorite tour. She even took us to an amazing spot for lunch and introduced us to the owner before going our separate ways.
My kids say “she kept us interested and was to the point”, “super, super and customized our tour perfectly”, and “she actually made me fully enjoy the tour even though I don’t like tours.” Haha
Do not hesitate to book with Cristina. I will recommend her to all of my friends. Buon Natale!!
