We chose Francesca for this tour and so glad we did. She was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. My husband injured his knee and she was very mindful of his comfort. Her knowledge of Milan’s history is vast. We learned so much. She brought us to churches as this was our interest. We strolled through a lovely botanical garden. It happened to be fashion week so we detoured to the high end designer shopping district to window shop. She found a terrific cafe for lunch with the most delicious paninis. Sara is the best!
We came to visit Italy for the Christmas break and unfortunately our youngest got sick on the flight over. If it wasn’t for Sara who stepped in and helped us find a doctor to get her prescription, it would’ve been a much more difficult trip. Sara is kind, friendly, willing to go the extra mile for everybody And has such a great knowledge about the city. I feel as though we made a friend!
